This monitor arrived well packed in a sturdy box with a handle on top, which is perfect for me since I plan to use it at a trade show and will need to carry it through airports and bring it with me as a carry-on. There's a spot for the parts--two piece stand, wall wart and cable and included HDMI cable (nice bonus!)--in the Styrofoam packing. I don't love the material, but in this instance it will be good protection, completely encasing the monitor. The screen itself is very light and quite thin. The two-piece stand is thoughtfully designed for tool-less assembly and it snaps into the back of the monitor easily. Metal components provide strength here--it seems very solid--and there's a plastic button to unlatch the stand for disassembly. The monitor fired up and works flawlessly with the Chromebook I'll be using it with. The resolution is good, but not great. It is more than sufficient for my needs, but I'm not sure it will become my new everyday monitor. I will try it with some other devices before I decide that. All in all I call this a real winner, for the price. Assuming it last some time--no reason to think it won't--it is an excellent, inexpensive, oversized monitor that I would highly recommend when portability and price are more significant components of your value equation than top-of-the-line resolution.

I purchased 2 of these and mounted them to a multi-monitor mount. Both are connected HDMI. Picture is great with a high refresh rate. Easy to set up, great size, and GREAT PRICE. Would definitely recommend.

I needed to upgrade my computer system.. (was still on windows 7)., so when I did I thought.. I might as well upgrade to new monitors also ( I have 2) - even though my 10 year old LG 23" 1080P monitors still worked. I figured lets go a little bigger! After going over budget on my pc build.. (not hard to do) and spending WEEKS comparing everything and specs and prices and etc etc... I decided.. what the heck..this thing looks cool, has a QHD Display, is larger (27") has a nice refresh rate (180hz) and FULLY adjustable... Well.. Ill tell you what..this thing ROCKS. Im sure you can get more features and specs for more money..but Do You Need To? There is no way that the other monitors I was looking at are worth $200 to $300 more than this one. Im no super picky desk nerd looking at specs all day.. This is plenty bright.. VERY clear picture & adjusts anyway I like it. I dont game all day or need to brag to anyone about my OLED display or 500hz refresh rate. This monitor more than gets the job done.. I cant speak on longevity yet... Ill check back in if something happens.. but for now... For around $150? Pfft..What More Do You Want???? Ill take the $500 I saved and put that into a nice dividend ETF and keep on strolling..... Update: After owning this for a few weeks.. There is one thing this monitor doesnt do well - Video Upscaling. I have seen a few reviews mention that is has bad picture quality or seems blurry. Here is the deal.. At 1080 or 720p - the video is not great.. like the monitor doesnt handle the lower resolutions well.. However when you are watching 1440p or 4k video. the picture is Amazing. Not a total deal breaker but should be noted. As far as desktop or gaming (1440p) or work performance.. its a really great monitor with a lot of great features.

I read the other reviews on this monitor before purchasing, and was very pleased when I got mine. Others said that the sound wasn't that great, or that it didn't have speakers at all. This monitor does have speakers. Are they professional speakers? No. Will they allow you to hear a Teams call or listen to music? Sure will! The picture quality is also great for those who are looking for an external monitor for a laptop, or working from home. I can't speak on gaming, but I do some graphic design for work, and can say that the color is true. I would purchase this again. My only con to this monitor is a personal problem, and that is that the stand is too deep (about 7") for my preferred elevated spot on my desk, but it works.
