The bottom half of the desk is of good quality. It is sturdy and heavy, and the height adjustment mechanism is smooth and quiet. The desk top is acceptable, but it arrives in two pieces (left side and right side), resulting in a line down the middle of the desk. However, this line is not very noticeable once everything is tightened down. I did notice that the right side of the desk top had a dent about the size of a nickel, and the box it shipped in was severely damaged upon arrival. Fortunately, all other components were free of dents and scratches. Customer support was very responsive and helpful regarding the damaged piece and immediately shipped a replacement. Despite the issue with the damaged piece, I am giving this desk 5 stars for its quality and I believe the damage was likely caused during shipping. ... show more

I chose this because it was one of the few 4-leg standing desks that I could find, and I really wanted that extra stability. Assembles quickly (probably 20-30 minutes). Managed to do it alone, but would have been easier with an extra pair of hands. Once assembled, I was very happy with this desk. I'll be replacing two other desks with more of these. Only some minor complaints - The motor is a little slow (Even with nothing on the desk). Going from lowest to highest setting takes around 30 seconds. - You can store presets, but you need to then hold that button down while it transitions to the new setting. It would have been nice to be able to just press '2' and have it automatically go to that state. If you have to hold a button, it kind of defeats the point of presets. ... show more

Assembly was straightforward and quick. Pretty sturdy at every height, minimal wobble when at full height. Had issue with keypad memory buttons not putting desk up/down with one touch. Contacted Flexispot support, and this is how I know I bought the right desk. They quickly identified problem and sent replacement new keypad at no cost which solved the problem. Flexispot support is amazing. The desk itself is great, while the black desk top is just ok, so opted to replace walnut butcher block top from home depot. We received the desk, well packaged and VERY quick. Unfortunately one of the pieces was broken. We reached out to see what could be done and heard back that night! They immediately fixed the problem and sent a new desk which arrived in 3 days! The desk is beautiful, very well made and was easy to put together. I highly recommend this company. The desk is well built and the height adjusting functions well. My setup is roughly around 40 lbs and the desk remained still and didn’t even shake a single bit while adjusting the height. I originally ordered one during prime day deals and that one came with the motor defected. After communicating with SANODESK customers service team, they sent me a replacement. This time the desk is working! The installation is fairly easy that you would be able to complete in half an hour or so. You may need a helper to flip the desk over once it is out together though. I knew I was trying to get a deal but the motor stopped working right within 30 min of unboxing. Also the box that lets you adjust the height of table and set memory presets is awful. This desk allows you to save 2 preset heights but to go to the preset you have to hold the memory button down the entire time it’s adjusting; so with my two preset heights being sitting and standing heights the memory buttons just function as secondary up down buttons that you have to continuously press just like the integrated up/down button. Also the desk is so so so slow, which exacerbates my gripe with having to hold down memory buttons. I timed it and it took this desk 1min 13secs to reach my desired standing height. Imagine holding down a button for 1min 13secs every time you want to stand ... show more
