i’ve been very happy with this reader. It’s slightly larger than the previous CF Express Type B reader that i bought but the other one this one remains cool to the touch . The previous reader gets very hot.

It's a good idea, but the drive (and I own 2) always disconnect from the computer after a while. Almost impossible for video editing. I kept it around, but it recently just became unreadable by the computer (Macbook Pro M1). I tried the other transport I have and that one was readable. Too bad.
