This is a very good product as long as you do not need a long cable. Part of me wants to give this 3 stars for the cable length because itโs extremely short and itโs a proprietary connection on one end. But it does its job and does it well. I suggest you do not have anything plugged into it when booting windows as windows for what ever reason will think the sd card is your boot drive. Worth the money.

SanDisk is a brand I've never had any problems with, and this reader is no exception. Works perfectly with both my Win 11 desktop PC (even using a USB-C to USB-A adapter) and my Surface Pro 5 laptop. Don't need the compact flash part of it but who knows!!

I use this for my CANON T3i SD card to transfer photos to my PC. Its quick on transfer speed and its user friendly. Very self explanatory. Would recommend to buy those who aren't tech savvy or even tech savvy but overall very good product!

I've been trying to find readers that take full advantage of the speed of my UHS-II cards. This one is the fastest we've found so far at a sustained 200mbps read. However, the cable is so short! Most modern desktops that have a USB C port have it in the back, and with the short cord the device can't even sit on the top of the computer case! It just hangs there... This is aside the fact that our computer is tucked under a desk, so we have to get on our hands and knees to reach back there and actually use the device. "Okay okay, so just get an extension cable!" you might say. We did. but that reduced the speed down to 150mbps. Having to constantly send back and order different cables to find the one that will maintain the transfer speed is annoying, and thus why I can't recommend this product. It needs a longer cable!
