I’ve been using these gloves for MMA sparring practice. They hold up well, and grappling is significantly easier now. The padding is a little stiff at first, but will break in over time. Perfect for sparring, but pad or bag work will irritate the webbing of your hands, as the description states. One minor gripe that I have is that the two white finger-holes in the middle don’t come with the black faux leather edges. This makes the glove slightly less durable and comfortable, but is fixed with the battle forged version. ... show more

These gloves are very comfortable, provide a ton of padding over the knuckles, and the wrist strap sits in the perfect spot to provide extra stability in my wrists. I've compared them to similar MMA gloves from other manufacturers and I think these are the best for your money.

Great Gloves. Amazing padding. I tried them out on metal , wood, etc. and they completely protect your hand. They do fit a tiny bit small so I would recommend buying a bigger size. They are great for both striking and grappling. They are definitely more designed with striking in mind as they are a little bulky but this is great for beginners. If you want to train MMA but not receive a ton of damage while doing it then you and your partner need these gloves. ... show more

I mean for cheaper gloves it’ll happen but 4 months in to sparring and hitting bags with them the thumb started to peel. It didn’t break but just the pleather starts to come off. I was using them about 5 times a week.
