Had to buy the international version so I could root my phone as the US versions block unlocking the bootloader. Got everything set up now and it's all working great. 5g on t-mobile working perfectly. The phone arrived faster than the Amazon estimate. I got it in about 2 days when Amazon said a week. It has a great battery compared to my note 20 ultra, which was pretty good but didn't last quite as long. The camera is fantastic even in low light or at high zoom levels, and everything is very quick on the phone. Speakers sound much better than older generations as well. You can hear a lot more of the low and high frequencies rather than just the mid range like older devices. Very happy with this phone and seller and would recommend to others. ... show more

    • This phone does not work in the US
The phone does not work properly. The seller is completely unresponsive, other than to tell me the phone works. He's lying. After hours on the phone with Samsung tech support and with Verizon, I found out that this phone does not work in the US, that Verizon does not support it. I'm also going to have to pay another $530 to have it repaired by Samsung. Samsung says they have to replace the motherboard. Amazon, helpfully, says that it can only be returned within 30 days in the unopened package. Amazon says it doesn't care that the seller is fraudulent and will do nothing. There is no way I could have found out, or you can find out, if the phone works without opening the package. Amazon refuses to help in any way, so I'm now out $1630. DON'T BUY THIS PHONE! YOU'LL REGRET IT IF YOU DO. It's a complete rip-off. ... show more

I bought this Samsung phone to use as an upgrade to my old iPhone XS, and this phone passed in quality for sure, even exceeded expectations that I had as a user. 1. The camera quality on this phone was top-notch, providing an extremely far yet clear zoom, and extremely clear selfies whenever I decided to take them 2. The fingerprint sensor is a bit hesitant at first, but you'll get used to exactly how it works over time, and the face recognition is perfect, with it recognizing my face every time I try to enter the phone. 3. The battery generally lasts even longer than what is promoted, surprising me a lot whenever I got this phone and is a major plus for me when vouching for others to get it to my friends and family As a whole, this phone was a great purchase, and for its price, it is a great investment. ... show more

I use my phone for Work & Pleasure. I Love Living the Glory Days at Rock Concerts and I Finally have the BEST Camera on the Planet, for the Whole Last Year. I Can't wait til Next week to try it out. 200mp Camera, 8K Video. I also got mine with 512gb of Storage and 12gb of RAM. This One is a Global Model and handles Everything: 2G, 3G, 4G and 5G. I don't even hook up to the Company WiFi + I'm in a building that has Tons of Steel for Interferance and a Computer/IT Room that's almost as Big as my garage & they run on Verizon. The past week, I do Everything from my desk, whether I'm using the phone, adding emojis to a text, sending Pictures or sending emails; It ALWAYS WORKS, even if I forget to turn on Regular WiFi, Not Company WiFi. No more walking 75 feet to the window to try and get a Signal. No more Walking out to the Parking Lot to try and get a Signal. Ya gotta do your Homework and Granted, Everyone Wants a Deal, but sometimes If you Want the Best, you gotta Pay for it and It's Actually Worth it. This is a review of the device and the seller. The device was delivered in a sealed box, it was clean and as ordered (brand new). The phone is excellent. While I am still upset that the phone jack and SD card slot are missing from this phone for no good reason, the S23 is probably the only phone that would make me overlook the omissions. It is solid, sleek, and it gives me a similar feeling to the Note 9 (still the best phone Samsung ever made for its time). I wish I could have waited for the price drop when the s24 comes out, but I'm happy I got this. You won't regret it. The seller was responsive when I reached out regarding the delay in shipping. However, the delay should not have happened in the first place, and the seller didn't provide any clarity on what caused the delay. I get the feeling that if I had not reached out, they wouldn't have been aware of the delay and I wouldn't have received the phone. As it was, the phone was delivered outside of the time frame I had planned for, and I only got the device because my contact was traveling to my country after I left. If they weren't traveling, I wouldn't have gotten the phone until I returned to the USA. Things could have gone really sideways all because the seller was not initially thorough in their shipping. I'm glad it worked out and that they responded, but I encourage them to be more careful in shipping and logistics. I see other comments with similar experiences, so I hope they will improve their services. ... show more

It works fine. I had a NOTE 9. I wanted better picture quality and that's why I got this one. But to be honest I have a CANON reflex camera with 12mpx and it's does muxh better pics than this phone with 200mpx. Other than that battery last, system goes fast, 2 sim cards plus I don't know how many esims you can add. I have 2 Sims and 1 esim installed. No issues. And is you have CRICKET, BOOST ,ETC DONT BUY IT. ITS UNLOCKED FOR GSM CARRIES NOT OTHER SYSTEMS. So if you see reviews that sayd its not unlocked ITS NOT TRUE. ITS UNLOCKED FOR GSM CARRIERS ANYONE IN THE ENTIRE WORLD. AND IF YOU GET THIS KOREAN VERSION FYI SAMSUNG PAY DOES NOT WORK ON INTERNATIONAL VERSIONS. ... show more
