Why did you pick this product vs others?: I have always been a samsung user and my mom particularly liked this model so I decided to get it for her. It worked well for a few weeks and then all the issues started happening. It wouldn't turn off or it would freeze. She couldn't make calls or answer calls sometimes. It was a headache. So now I'm just going to have to purchase a new one directly from Samsung or T-Mobile as the warranty was only good for 30 days. I will never buy a refurbished phone again. ... show more

The circle to search is cool, the different themes, icon packages is cool but the overall appearance and bloat feel is still in there. Ghosts of Galaxy S linger... Beautiful device, great feel in the hand. Light solid outside, but fat on the insides.

    • USB means what?
I just received the phone so I'm not rating that, exactly, as much as I'm sharing an alert. Product info on Amazon says it comes with USB cord. Maybe I'm old fashioned but when I hear USB cord i think of one end going into the product and the other end going into a USB port on my computer or charger converter. Not so here. What you actually get is a short cord with both ends the same shape, that being the shape that fits into the device. That might be ok if the phone also included the piece that plugs into the wall socket but nope - another hidden expense. Not impressed with that little surprise. ... show more
