I bought one of these phones but it has been a HUGE Disappointment. It continually shut down and restarted for no reason. I wasn't very familiar with the phone so I thought it was me, but didn't return it in time and didn't by insurance. Now in the middle of a conversation the phone quit working and totally crashed. I had an Apple in between that was from another seller that did not work too well and lasted under 1 yr. I have not had any issues with this seller so not sure type of response you may get. I originally brought the phone to Verizon because I thought I needed a new SIM Card (old one said 4G - didn't really need a new one for 5G per Verizon guy) He offered to set up my phone since I was there and said that it was a Spectrum phone and it couldn't be hooked up to Verizon. I emailed the seller and they sent me a list of questions so I figured I'd go through the process myself so I could answer properly. I swapped the SIM card and everything set up fine. Everytime I restart my phone I have to wait about 5 minutes for this popup to close. Just checks for service and then tells me I need to contact samsung support cause I have no service. I do have service. And have had both new service and new numbers from 2 different providers. Phone is just weird. Actual phone is amazing though. Camera & Zoom is not as great as the Note 10+ but it is about the same size. Lighter and runs faster. Update: Took the case off my phone today to see the back was shattered in multiple spots. I've NEVER broken a phone in my whole life, only ever cracked the display once... I'm disappointed how weak this phone is. ... show more
