I really like this phone I have another version of the same model I am currently using, I hope the refurbished one I got lasts as long as my old one. Takes great photos, runs well, so far has lasted 3 years (knock on wood) it has been getting a little laggy but the memory is full and its old. I wanted to get a new phone before my old one totally stopped working. I bought an s23 without knowing the newer galaxies have absolutely no SD card slot and they don't even have an option for more memory without trade in I was very upset, immediately just went and ordered an unlocked version of this one. I am always asked what kind of phone I have for landscape and outdoor photos and people are generally surprised when I tell them it's an older model. And lots of memory and most important an SD card slot. Too early to say how the battery on the refurbished one will be but my old one which I am typing this review on, is good for how old it is. ... show more

I haven't put the SD card in yet but everything on the phone works in the phone is an excellent condition the battery was an excellent condition and I was very happy with the phone I was totally shocked how fast it came which made me extremely happy as I have been wanting this model since Christmas and could not get it delivered properly by other sellers I want to thank you so much for your time and your efforts that you put into your job that you were able to get me the product that I wanted so far I am in love with this phone! ... show more

I finally decided to spent a decent amount of money on a phone and this works great. I would HIGHLY recommend the screen protector (Supershieldz) with it. The cover works great as well. No issues after 8 months

I like the phone, I have not really been able to use it much yet, I finally got someone who was able to get the phone working for me it took a few days and Verizon was not very helpful at all except to change the card., they did not even acknowledge my phone number.     • Amazing Phone & then some....
I'll get straight to the point and say this phone is amazing device for a 2 year old phone ! Very lite marks on the back and the screen is perfect ... After using for a while I have no issues with battery life or the performance ! The only issue I have is that it's a bit slippery in the hand so I had to get a case for it and a scree protector "for safe measures " The price for this device at the time I bought this was a steal ! I recommend this device since this is the last Samsung S series that has a Mico slot for for expanding storage ! ... show more

    • Everything worked great
This was the first time I bought a phone online and was a little nervous. I got the phone and it was surprisingly easy to set up my self. Everything worked great and is still working fine. I will definitely order my next phone on Amazon again.
