When I purchased this phone nothing in the listing indicated it was a used phone and I even have my search filtered to new when this popped up. So I want others to know what to expect. Like you can see in the photos I had my original note 9 and the box they sent is missing the outer shell that shows the pen that was clue one then the stickers on the box don't match the original then I called samsung and was told this IMEI is out of warranty and was used and worse the S pen was wiggling and not fit right. I love my note 9 but I broke my screen and that is why I found this one but if was gonna buy a used phone I would buy it from Samsung themselves with a one year warranty. I feel lied to. The phone itself may be okay I didn't turn it on but to be sold used as new was unacceptable so I went ahead and returned. ... show more

I was looking to buy an unlocked phone cause I am currently outside of the US, but not sure why the phone is unlocked but seem to be an AT&T phone... My sister has the exact same phone, but we do not have the same features, for instance, I do not have the Mobile Data icon on the status bar which is extremely annoying... Edit: after using the phone for about a month, I doubt that this was a brand new phone. I am geting a dark screen very often, and now the screen is freezing. Unfortunately I traveled abroad with the phone, so I have no way to return it. I am extremely disappointed... ... show more
