So happy to get my Note 9, that I'm writing a review! I ordered it day before yesterday and got it yesterday evening. It doesn't come in original packaging just because it is used certified. It is like if you get a used PS4. One thing that I didn't like is that it didn't come with a Samsung charger but I already have 2 because I have Samsung so not a big deal. It looks like a brand new phone. I went from a S9 to the Note 9. I love Samsung, I have had Galaxy since they came out with it. I love the size and look of the Note. The battery so amazing too! Way better than the S9. S9 was a great phone no doubt had it for a year and a half and loved it but I wanted the note and I came across this and had to get it.     • An absolutely fantastic phone
I genuinely love this product. The design is slim and downright well made. The camera may not be the best of the best, but it's sure close to it! I've taken too many pictures just to have an excuse to use the camera, admittedly. The battery life lasts a long time and charges in practically no time. Even without an SD card it holds a lot (and I mean a lot!) of different apps and generally whatever you need stored on it with room to add even more things afterwards. I could go on and on about this phone, but I'll stop the review here and just say that in short: I'd recommend this phone to anybody. Definitely the best phone I've had out of any I previously owned. I already have a friend trying to convince me into buying her one from how much she even loves it. I really have no complaints or have had any issues. So overall, 10/10. ... show more

Only had it up & running for 2 days. Got all my stuff transferred over from my old phone. The only issue I've had so far is the S pen won't stay connected to the phone. I haven't tried to use it yet, so we will see. The phone itself is perfect. No scratches or marks of any kind. Came with a generic charger & cable, but they work great. ... show more

    • Very happy w purchase so far!
I am very excited about this new phone. I replaced my very cracked/damaged (thanks dogs) Galaxy S7, with this Note 9. I am still getting used to it but so far very happy! Price point is excellent. Verizon even w a deal wanted to charge me 2x as much. The only downside was the charger that came w the phone. I recieved a caution error and it took forever to even get enough charge to take to Verizon to switch out my phones. When I went to Verizon, I checked w them that it was the cord and not the phone before switching. I did contact the seller and they were very responsive. I did have to buy new cords from Amazon as I didn't realize the Note had a different charging port then the S7. I can not comment on the battery life as of yet but will update if it drains fast. I've never ever purchased a refurbished phone but after so many great reviews I took a chance and did it.I absolutely love my Galaxy Note 9 and so does my mom!!! We bought them last year in November as an early Christmas gift, and haven't been able to put them down. It was the absolute best investment I've bought from Amazon. Thank you so much for selling such an amazing quality of phone. It was half the price,without any scratches, my screen wasn't cracked,and all the chargers came with it.     • A Bargain is not always a Bargain
I was so happy to get my S9 note. First thing I saw was the s teen had scratches and was hazzy looking. Then the phone would not make a phone call. Then it would not connect to internet. I missed so many jobs in 2 days of trying to figure this out that it just was not worth it. I finally called tech support with Verizon, after 50 minutes.. The outcome was, the phone was no good!!! I was looking for a reasonably priced Galaxy Note 9 and after looking through the reviews decided on this seller. The phone I received looked brand new. I am shocked at how pristine this phone is. I took it to the Verizon store and even the rep there was impressed. We set the phone up and everything works perfectly. I got this phone for my gf and she is thrilled as well.     • Pre-owned bargain
I wanted a New-to-Me model for less. As soon as the Galaxy Note 10 was released, I knew prices for the Note 9 would go down. I've always liked the Note features (take a pic w/voice control- could with the button on the built-in BlueTooth S-pen stylus, but with v/c, no need. Just turn on v/c in camera settings & say "capture" or whichever listed command you like. Too easy to lose that skinny S-pen once you take it out! Plus the ease of taking screen shots). The rep in my Verizon store inserted the SIM card & my purchased SD storage card plus transferred service to this Note 9 for a nominal fee. It works as advertised, I needed no tech support. The curved edges make it difficult to read borders of some screens, the pic rounds down over the sides; I did like the flat screens better. And not happy that current models have a sealed-in battery, means I have to keep chargers, power banks, cables etc. handy, but that is standard now. It's an upgrade from my old Note 5 though and after comparing other brands, I still like the features of the Note. ... show more
