I use an iphone 11, and this works beautifully. The app is glitchless, the sound is rich in bass and can be tuned, and I adore the ambience mode. Way better both in value and quality when you compare it to the airpods

First, I was afraid that I was going to have to return the buds because even after many changes of tips and fins, no combination would keep them in my ears! I finally switched to memory foam tips (that I had to purchase seperately! And that an older pair/brand of wireless earphones had included right in the box...in three sizes!) The other issue that I am having is with my bluetooth connection, especially when I am outside. If I put my phone in a pocket and go out the signal drops out when I turn my head! I am pretty sure this is a software issue rather any problem with the earphones themselves though. We connected my earbuds + to my husband's identical Samsung galaxy s8 but didn't use the "wearables" app and the connection was fantastic! So, I really, really, really love my buds+ but I have had to find a couple of work arounds that I shouldn't have had to worry about at this pricepoint.

These Samsung earbuds work great. While they are not full of bass or have noise cancelling like many want, they do the job just fine for me. The battery life is great. I can use them for my entire work day without having to recharge them which is a plus for me. They work well on phone calls, as well as for listening to Podcasts and music. These can be used with Android and iOS. There's an app in the Play Store and App Store for them. Having the wireless charge come with them is an added bonus for the price. The wireless charger fast charges these buds which is great too. If your phone supports wireless charging, then this is a win win for you. I highly recommend these. You won't be disappointed.

I really wanted to like these as I have been using nothing but Plantronics in the past. I could not find a single set of ear bud ends that were comfortable and purchased some memory foam ones that worked much better. I still can't use these for more than 20 minutes at a time without my ear turning red and sore. They sound great when sealed and everyone said that I sound clear on the other end. I just wish that they were more comfortable. So far as for battery life these are incredible. I have only charged the holder once and have used these daily for a couple of weeks now. This could be because I quickly take them out after each call and put them back in the charger. I do not use them for music as they are way too uncomfortable to wear for any length of time. I think everyone's ears are different and will have a different experience than the next person. If you do not have a good seal, they don't sound good at all. I would suggest the memory foam pads found on Amazon as they are much more comfortable and seal way better than the rubber ones provided.

Love the Ambient Sound feature, can be more aware of surroundings while jogging outside. These stay put on ears well while jogging and jump roping. I also use these for work calls and they have great sound quality/microphone. Battery life is good, have only had an issue a couple of times where one earbud loses battery faster than the other.

These things last a long time. Way longer than I need them for. Combine that with the case having wireless charging and I basically never think about the battery on my buds at all. Connectivity is really good with my S20 plus most of the time, still has some occasional cut-outs or weird spots in my house that consistently cause audio distortion but those issues are present in all bluetooth earbuds so I'm not counting them against these. The main things I would like to see in the next buds is a smaller size or lower profile.

I love these earbuds. They are small and fit perfectly in my ear. They help drown out the noise of bumbling coworkers, the sound is also very clear and round. And they last a very long time, even if you're using them to talk on the phone. Instructions are very straightforward. The case is wonderful as it not only holds/protects the earbuds, but it charges them as well. The extra wireless charger that came with it is also wonderful.
