Excellent so far... Renewed looks New!
Color: Black
Well packaged and was resealed like new. Works perfectly as documented, installed automatically on my Galaxy S24 FE without issue. Noise cancelling works extremely well, music quality is excellent, and from my first few tests battery life looks great. Good app support with many options to customize. Renewed product appears to be functional perfectly, I'd buy renewed again in a heart beat! Great product... ... show more

Excellent Sound Quality and Great Features
Color: Black
I'm sure I haven't even discovered everything these earbuds can do yet, but so far I'm extremely impressed. The sound quality is excellent, especially for listening to audiobooks, which is what I use them for most often. Voices are clear and easy to understand, making long listening sessions very enjoyable. Two of my favorite features are the noise cancellation and Ambient Sound mode. The noise cancellation does a great job when I want to focus, and the Ambient Sound mode is fantastic. I can hear everything going on around me and even have a conversation with someone without having to pause what I'm listening to. The earbuds are comfortable, sound great, and have features that are genuinely useful in everyday life. I'm very happy with this purchase and know I'll be using them a lot. Highly recommend! ... show more

Switched from Airpods to these
I just switched from apple to Samsung and wanted to see how these compare to my airpods. The sound quality for music is most definitely better, the options to customize it too is great! They aren't as strong with NC as airpods but they're not bad. I lovee this color and design, its so sleek and I love that's it's not really pink, its more of a offwhite rose gold which looks more premium. I can still use these for work calls all day and have had no issues with connections or call drops. They do have magsafe charging options as well. So far, they've been a good choice for a daily headphone. ... show more

Okay
The charging cord came absolutely filthy & the package is missing a pair of the different ear size thingies. Besides those two things the headphones are in good shape and work well so far.

Horrible
Color: Black
These renewed buds are no good first set would not go into pairing mode. I returned them. They sent a replacement set and only the left bud works on that set. I returned them for a refund and was told it will take 30 days to receive it. HORRIBLE

Great quality brand new item
Color: Black
If you're scared about it being refurbished, don't be. The item came literally brand new with all of the original packaging and original sealing tape on it. I don't think these are refurbished at all. Probably just somebody that returned it so they have to market as refurbished.
