Fantastic television
Size: 55-inch
Style: 2023 Version
So far so good. It's very basic! Beaut though, very thin, low reflection, good in low to high light, sturdy stand and comes with mountable ready with the design in the back. To smart-ify it use a chrome cast or roku. Got this as a gift with these things in mine: big print, great picture, big loud sound, quality options, easy to use menu, very simple, no microphone, no apps, no smart features. It does have a Samsung app you can link to play things from your personal device but you don't have to link it or connect it to the internet. If you do connect it to the net, all that will be available is YouTube. The remote is small and is kind of like a mouse. It's hard to mess it up but occasionally you may forget how to control the volume, left and right is back/fast forward and volume is up and down. If you want to elder-ify it use like a sharpie, highlighter, or colored tape to label. It's almost impossible to see the remotes buttons in the dark. People also call this a "dumb tv" or "non-smart" TV. About the best value for the quality.

App is useless on iOS and google chrome books
Size: 50-inch
Style: 2023 Version
Before buying download Samsung business tv app and see if it is even able to design the signs. The iOS devices phone n iPads won't load pictures but you can edit the templates. On the chrome devices it loads the pictures but u can't see the template and if using the more than one image templates you can't eve get to the edit edit aspect... your account doesn't save the devices so what ever device yo log into it only saves on that device or I would use one device to upload and one to edit.... frustrating but after 2 days and multiple devices needless to say this was a waste of time and getting returned.

Get the 2020 edition if you can; much better than the 2023 version.
Size: 65-inch
Style: 2023 Version
I originally bought the 2023 edition because it was slightly cheaper; luckily it had a vertical line of dead pixels so I was able to return it. For my work, I had bought ~15 of the 55" 2020 versions and had hoped the 2023 versions had good updates to them; I was wrong. You can pull the back cover on the 2020 versions and physically disconnect the bluetooth/wifi chips, truly making your Commercial TV into a dumb TV. I had done that in the 2020 versions I had bought for work. However, someone had recently bought a 2023 version at work and asked me to disable the BT/Wifi and I found they integrated the BT/wifi into the front interface card, making disabling them nearly impossible without potentially damaging the circuit board. What primarily annoyed me with the 2023 version was the inability to just power on and select the last source, and the remote was 'apple-ified' with too few buttons. I purposefully wanted a 'dumb' TV that didn't connect to the internet or bluetooth, and didn't run a bunch of apps, and didn't try to think for me. If I left it on HDMI 1, start up on HDMI 1...that's not so hard...except on the 2023 version it was too hard (it'd ask what input you wanted every power-on). I think Samsung noticed people were buying their commercial TVs for that reason, and added a lot of crap into the newer versions. Anyhow, it's a nice 'dumb' TV but with decent hook ups (like optical audio). I have it hooked up to a full PC with a pi hole in my living room, then use the web versions of streaming platforms for any steaming TV/movies. And also of course use it for the full-on internet, because why would you use stupid apps on a 'smart' TV when you can simply have a full-blown computer? Oh, because most consumers are ok with paying less so they can monitor you. As a side note, a 55" curved Samsung on a desk is fantastic for coding...bigger than that will cramp your neck a bit. The other great thing about commercial TVs is their duty cycle is much longer...they're meant to be on a long time. Consumer TVs will eventually burn in if you leave them on too long. Bottom line...get the 2020 version if you can.

It's just what I wanted, a fantastic non-smart TV - but the remote is lacking
Size: 65-inch
Style: 2023 Version
I have been a cord cutter (streamer) for 11 years and use a computer (of the many I've built in the past decades) to stream with hooked to the TV in my living room. So I sought out and found this TV because I didn't want a so called smart one, because streaming with a PC it truly where it's at compared to using a bunch of TV apps that spy on you and show ads. ... And this TV does what I want fantastically, with the huge 65" 4K screen being a marvel of clarity indeed. The screen is so wonderfully bright, even in low light and the colors are beautiful. I also truly appreciate that this TV doesn't try to force you to hook it to the internet, in that it allows you skip the setup for both WIFI and BT. But the remote is quite lacking, It only has a few buttons and doesn't even have number buttons on it, because everything it does is on screen. This doesn't bother me, as I said above I do all my TV watching streamed through a computer over the internet and haven't had cable in 11 yrs. But if you hooked this TV up to cable, the lack of any number buttons on the remote would likely be annoying. Update: I bought this TV in early Sep. 2024 for $640.00 and in just 5 weeks the price has gone up $70.00 more. I see that the greedflation era is still burning all of us down.

Get protection plan
Size: 55-inch
Style: 2023 Version
I purchased this model from Best Buy on November 2024. Screen actually slipped off and shattered. I then found this model on Amazon slightly updated. When we set up and powered on, screen was totally shattered. Arranged a return and purchased another. We use this tv as a menu board. I'm hoping the next one arrives with no problems. I also purchased 4 year protection. Keeping my fingers crossed.

Modern, but not smart. Just what I was looking for!
Size: 55-inch
Style: 2023 Version
Arrived on time and undamaged. Found to be fully functional. I’ve been holding off on buying a new TV for years because I don’t want a “smart” TV. I don’t want/need yet another company soaking up my data. I have an external device from a company that already has all of my data (the devil you know), that’s easily replaceable if it gets old and slow. I just want a 4k UHD screen, without the bloat, to meet the output capabilities of my gadgets. If that’s you also, this TV is about as close as you’re going to get, and still be 4k UHD and HDR. Games and video look fantastic.

This is a smart TV - Thought I was ordering a Non-Smart TV
Size: 43-inch
Style: 2023 Version
From the amazon reviews and the specification for this TV. It was billed as a non-smart TV. Turns out it is a smart TV. What's up with that?
