Great Picture and Plenty of Screen Space
Style: Samsung Vision AI
I bought this monitor for my wife, and she absolutely loves it. The 32-inch screen gives you plenty of room to work or stream, and the picture quality is sharp, bright, and very clear. Everything looks crisp without needing much setup. What really stands out is the size. The extra screen space makes a big difference whether you're multitasking, watching videos, or just browsing. The built-in speakers are decent, but they're probably the weakest part of the monitor. They get the job done for everyday use, but don't expect amazing sound. That said, it wasn't a deal breaker for us. Overall, this has been a great purchase. The display looks fantastic, the size is perfect, and my wife couldn't be happier with it. If you're looking for a quality smart monitor with a beautiful screen, this is an easy recommendation. ... show more

Awesome monitor
Style: Samsung Vision AI
Absolutely the best monitor I have purchased. Good speakers, and also basically a smart TV. Great picture at an excellent cost.

Better than I expected
Style: Samsung Vision AI
I purchased this "Monitor" to replace my 16 year old one. It does so much more than my old monitor. It has many features I did not realize cam with the monitor. It comes with a Multiple Panel of different ways to use the monitor. One of my facorite is the TV Mode. It is a Full TV Package. With Wifi and Ethernet connections. Color is great, screen covers 96% of the face area. With only a 1/4" bottom edge. Probable for structural purposes. This is a keeper! Buy without fear. ... show more

5 Months In, USB-C Dead and Samsung Won't Fix It
Style: Samsung Vision AI
I purchased this monitor 5 months ago as an external monitor for my Mac. The USB-C connection stopped working out of the blue -- no changes to my setup, no drops, no damage. I've tried multiple USB-C cables and multiple ports with no success. I can connect via HDMI, but HDMI doesn't support the camera -- which is a major selling point of this monitor -- and caps the picture at 1080p instead of the advertised 4K. So I'm paying for a 4K + camera monitor and using it as a basic 1080p screen. After several hours with Samsung support, they couldn't fix it and want me to ship the monitor in for repairs -- potentially weeks without it -- despite the fact that I rely on it daily for work. Samsung's warranty offers in-home service but they're refusing to honor it. For the price, this is completely unacceptable. ... show more

Attractive Monitor, Web CAM did not work, until discovery of a work around.
Style: Samsung Vision AI
Attractive very slim monitor with 4K. Web Cam with its intended connection to a USB port on the back of the monitor would not work in computer mode or Smart Monitor mode. Got rid of the 90 degree magnetic attachment and used a USB-C cable directly into the PC worked well then. Could never get the connection it was designed to use to work in any mode. Good bright picture and the wife loves it in her kitchen computer setup. Would be a 5 except for the Web Cam issue. ... show more

Love the stand
Style: Samsung Vision AI
I love it! It is good quality and I love that I didn’t have to buy a separate stand or arm to make it look good.

Not for graphics users
Style: Samsung Vision AI
Mac user - Really disappointed in this monitor. Had an iMac that blows this thing away. Colors are way off. Attempted to calibrate with the app, but different applications shift dramatically. Probably best as a dorm room monitor/TV. Not good enough for graphics apps.

Great tv/monitor experience
Style: Samsung Vision AI
Great view quality and slick design, and the speakers sound loud but not great considering the slim design. Build quality is really good; being plastic, however, it seems and feels premium.
