I had a little hang up putting this together, but once I fixed it I really liked it and found it sturdy too! You have to put the top and bottom shelf on with screws I put the bottom shelf on and then put the top one on. Well the top shelf was lopsided and I couldn’t have it be lopsided (especially the top one.) So I took it apart and put the bottom shelf on the top and put the lopsided one on the bottom. The middle drawers slide in on little metal rails. It also came with a mesh drawer for pens and pencils. I didn’t have room for it with my 3 kids school stuff. It assembles easily and is sturdy as well as a nice style. Being mesh, it collects less dust. It doesn't sit completely level - not badly so, just 1/16 or so out of whack, but that could probably be fixed by some gentle twisting. For the price, function, value, and style, I'm happy!

I was using two 3-drawer containers to store my paper supplies. I was able to get all my paper (lined, copy paper, card-stock, page protectors and lamination sheets into this set of shelves. It uses less space and looks much nicer and more neat. Also, the tray that comes with the product took pencils, dry erase markers and pens which left me able to separate dry and wet erase markers from other things.
