The sizes are great, zippers and locks work well, they roll like a dream. The only thing I miss with the hard sides luggage over soft sided luggage that I didn't fully consider is the outside pockets. I really miss having the outside pockets for local travel and being able to quick stow a water bottle or pack of snacks or whatever and the hard sided is difficult to open without disturbing everything but it has great advantages for travel and being strong and sturdy and unwavering.

I travel a lot for work and need a bag that I can confidently carry onto a plane as I hate checking baggage. While this product meets that need, there are some negatives that slot this into a temporary replacement for my case that recently broke. Pros: - Nice exterior, the flexibility of the outer shell is great and the color is like a silver blue. This is not a hard shell and will crack if you are careless! - Pull up handle feels great and sturdy. Cons: - The zipper opening is in the middle and divides the case into two equally sized compartments. This is different from my old Samsonite and I'm not a fan. I need to often bring two pairs of shoes and that completely dominates one side. Also it makes it difficult on toiletries which are in the center of both halves. This greatly reduces available space. I would only recommend this for a 2 - 3 day trip, anything beyond that and you'll have to pray your clothes are tiny and/or you're a folding master. I use the roll up technique and was able to squeeze out enough for 5 days barely. Conclusion: Great case for a couple days, travels well and you can customize the case with stickers to differentiate yours. The con listed above is big enough that I personally wouldn't buy this design again, but I was in a situation where I needed a case fast and that wasn't too pricy. If you take a lot of small trips or weekend getaways, you'll love this case.

This product is totally rubbish. It cracks by itself and no impact on it. Just leave in storage room. Call the samsonite service center and tell them the situation, they just said it is not in warranty. As I bought it only for 9 months and use one time 7 months ago for 7 days trip, the. Leave it in store room. All around look 99 % new. But it cracked. Review the term for warranty, actually you could not get any protection as almost all parts is not under warranty, I really don’t know what part is protected. Really disappointing with Samsonite. I use Samsonite for over 15 years with over 10 luggage’s and above 8 back packs. Previous products quality is good, but now… extremely disappointing. May turn to other brands

I was super indecisive about this suitcase. I almost canceled the order. I'm sure glad I didn't. This is my first hard shell suitcase and I love it. I was worried that it would get destroyed and come back with a huge hole or something due to some of the pictures in the reviews. I was wrong. This pictures only represent a small number of owners. It's sturdy and made to be durable. The exterior shell was made to cushion blows and have other suitcase bounce off. I packed my larger laptop, 2 weeks worth of clothes, 3 pair of shoes, a pair of slides and still had room. The suitcase came back unharmed in good condition. This is only the first trip with the suitcase. I guess time will tell on durability. It just looks so clean and modern. The wheels just let me whip through the airport. I got the midsized suitcase, because I hate the overhead fight that everyone has with carry ons to avoid any extra charges. I would rather psy the fee snd check my larger suitcase and use a Samsung or Apple air tag to track the movement.

Excellent carry on. Wheels are so smooth. Spins. Easy to push next to you without pulling behind you. Squeezed a week’s worth in this carry on using packing cubes and a very small backpack as personal. One thing I hate about hard sided carry ons is the lack of outside pocket for a phone, battery pack, liquids ziplock, passport. I miss that on old school soft cases. Be careful. I ordered 3 of these through Amazon and 1 arrived crushed and unusable.
