I recently purchased this for a 4-day business trip to replace an old soft side garment bag. I'm not gonna lie it is a big suitcase but I wanted something to protect my suits on the trip and it worked perfectly with tons of room to spare. One of the cool features is an AirTag holder built into the bag. I rarely check luggage but was glad to know where my luggage was. I flew from Jax to NoLa and back but the luggage monkeys didn't hurt the bag other than some small scuffs. I probably won't use this often but am glad to have a better bag than my old soft side!

Love this bag. It's huge inside, tons of room, has decent inside organization tools, a lock, sturdy case, nice wheels for smooth rolling and easy maneuvering, feels durable. Has a lock (with TSA access). Overall highly recommend this bag. Good value too.

After owning Samsonite for 20+ years, I decided to transition from soft sided to Hardsided. I still feel soft sided provides me more flexibility, and the hardsided also gets easily marked or scratched. So I purchased separately these vinyl covers to see how they would fare after my next airline trip (Jan 26). The bag took a little getting used to, but it is working out nicely, the double wheels are wonderful

Love this carry-on! Many cool features inside to easily pack everything you need for a long weekend or maybe a week. We had to check it on return flight from Europe and it, like my larger Elevation bag, traveled perfectly. Great value for what you get.

It’s too large for all airlines to fit COMFORTABLY. It can barely squeeze into southwest. It’s heavy compared to other carry ons, the wheels aren’t that great, the front door seems like a good idea but, it’s got 1 latch point to the side will bulge out. Biggest complaint, the handles. Every handle is bad. The telescopic handle has a rubbery button that is harder to press than most, and the side handles pull tight to the luggage and is a hassle to even grab

I do like the TSA lock on the top side. And both internal compartments have zipper closers rather than just straps on the right open side. But with some of the pockets and "covers" left me wondering what I'd use them for. It is Samsonite and the quality shows. However, if your fingernails are longer than 1/2" from cuticle out, forget this suitcase. All three handles are a problem. The fixed handles are so close to the case that you'll have serious difficulty grabbing a handle. Worse, the telescoping handle "button" that you press to pull it up is encased in some form of soft plastic and recessed so that it's impossible for you to simply press and pull the handle up. I had to stand sideways to get enough leverage and press hard...and that's not practical. Returned it. Oh, the "free" return is only if you take it to certain locations - not my usual and more convenient choices.
