    • The VERY best bag i have ever owned

Looking for a leather bag (preferably brown) with enough compartments and one that looks good - hopefully with some structure. This backpack fills those criteria and then some. This was already a good product but they also added little features that no one knew to ask for but are just oh so good. The straps are comfortable and adjustable and have a guard of sorts to prevent them from slipping. It stands on its own. Let me say that again. It stands on its own - packed or unpacked. That's the kind of structure we are talking about. And even then, it does not feel as though there is a hard insert in the bag. It still feels supple and good as leather would. The bag retains its shape no matter how packed it is. and it feels together and compact. It instills in its owner the confidence that it is strong enough to withstand basically anything and look stunning while doing so. For anyone curious about its capacity. It is larger than you think but smaller than you hope. It fits my camera, 2 lenses and other gear with my laptop and other tech stuff with apparent ease. But it does not do well with items that require some expanse or have no structure such as clothes. You can may not be the bag for you. You'd be better-off looking for something suited for that purpose with larger compartments and possibly way less structure.It does not expand that way and is not accommodative in a conformist type of way. It retains structure which if perfect for tech items and books and items with particular form or rigidity such the like It has many many MANY pockets. Pockets in pockets and slits. I haven't been able to fill or use em all. Not to mention that these are separate from the laptop compartment. The compartments have zippers too. Not all zippers are made equal and many bag manufacturers skimp out on good zippers if they even do add any inside. Not here. Every zipper used is robust, smooth and secure. Its just so so so so good. Consider me a Samsonite fan. I might just buy the black one. Or the other backpack i see they offer ... show more

I ordered this backpack 3 years ago and use it heavily for work and travel. I decided to write a review because after using for multiple years, it is still in excellent condition. A sleek, classic piece, with subtle elegance. The leather is solid and supple, the zippers are smooth and sturdy and the interior is holding up perfectly with no flaws or signs of wear. There are multiple compartments and zippered storage areas in the bag that make it easy to keep organized and find items quickly. At the original time of purchase, I couldn’t decide between this bag or a Coach leather computer backpack, so I bought both. I haven’t bothered using the Coach bag. The quality is not as good as the Samsonite and the Coach does not have the storage capacity or compartments. Hopefully the quality and craftsmanship remains the same for those who purchase the 2025 model. ... show more

First off, I don't write reviews often. So for me to jump on here means I like this backpack. As a young corporate professional, I was looking for a modern high end backpack that can give me the look I was going for while still providing the storage I need. I'm typically very frugal with my spending but was willing to invest in, what looked like a backpack that checked all my boxes. Modern look, light brown, quality leather, slim, comfort, and can protect my laptop while traveling. I took a chance on this bag and I was so happy I did. I'm traveling more now for work and the bag pairs well with both business casual clothing and suits. I'm also a guy that likes to carry my gear. A hefty 100w power bank, a 14.4 inch Microsoft Surface Studio or 13 inch MacBook pro, a bag of power cables, and other miscellaneous items. Although it can be a bit tight on space, it has a great layout of pockets and compartments for everything you will need. And this bag, together with a great sized carry-on, that strap on the back of the bag makes traveling enjoyable. No more having to carry a heavy bag on my back just to get to the plane.
