I have to admit, I didn't get this item from Amazon because it was lost in transit and they had no more in stock at the Amazon day sale price. That being said, I bought an (almost?) identical set elsewhere. This has zippers, pockets and handles everywhere it should and it doesn't have foofery that will just break. It seems to be well constructed, but I have only used it to carry clothing and a pillow by car. I work an hour from home, so rent a room during the week and schlep my stuff once a week. We shall see what happens when I fly somewhere, especially international flights. I think the airport bag mashers keep score and get extra points for new and creative types of luggage damage. I disagree with a lot of the reviews I read before I bought this luggage. I was looking for something that didn’t weigh a lot empty like our other pieces of luggage, plus wanted the swivel wheels. These answer both needs. I imagine the weight savings cost will sacrifice some durability. Will add to the review after traveling. The smaller bag is NOT carry-on size. I was afraid to buy this luggage because of bad pictures and bad reviews, but it’s much better than previous pictures. The material is high quality, good size, good spinner and I loved the color. I did not use it yet, but looks like will long. I am glad I give it a try!

I bought these to replace a carry on that has seen better days. The price was so good I got the set. Will be traveling in October with several flight changes and festination. The seem to roll very nice. Looking g forward to not having to fight with luggage!
