I have taken these on several trips, they roll great, have strong zippers, and a built in TSA lock. The baggage handle has the raise and lower button on top of the handle so you accidently push it then the handle drops so you have to retrain yourself. They should have put the handle button on the bottom. I would have made a different purchase had a known what a bad engineering design the handle has for the extended handle when pushing it around the airport. ... show more

I purchased this Samsonite Alliance SE Hardside Luggage set in January, and it's been nothing but a headache. The first set never arrived. When the replacement finally came, I used the medium suitcase on a short trip and noticed the zipper didn’t stay closed. I assumed it was my mistake. But it happened again — and worse — on a recent international trip using the large suitcase. It came off the baggage belt completely unzipped, with my belongings exposed. This is completely unacceptable, especially from a brand like Samsonite. To make matters worse, this all happened after the 30-day return window, so now I’m stuck with a defective set. I will be contacting Amazon about this issue. For the price I paid, I expected quality — not stress and embarrassment. Avoid this product. ... show more

Doesn’t seem as durable or strong as my last Delsey. I bought this luggage because it had a zipper for both sides of the case. I’m upset because mine did NOT have the tsa lock, like the picture or description. That was a feature I really liked having for all my suitcases.
