  • Quality and ease of use
My husband and I are building our home and used this flooring for the upstairs bedroom. It was easy to install and turned out amazing. We have four dogs and it is incredibly durable and stands up to sharp claws.

  • Dozens of cracks along the seams after 2 months. More happening every day.

Don’t buy Bruce or AHF flooring. If something goes wrong they will blame you. We bought a house in March of 2026. In early May, I started noticing small gaps in the floorboards. First, just one or two so I had the builder come in and repair the boards. I thought that the gaps were due to a poor repair job earlier after we had the foyer floor replaced after water damage, which was localized to one small place. Soon gaps in the floor started showing up everywhere. By late May I had the builder come by to fix the boards again. The installer glued a few floorboards back together and called it a day. We didn’t think that was going to work and told him as much, but he said trust me. As the days went on, more and more gaps started showing up, in places that had nothing to do with the water damage. We contacted the installer, NV Homes and the warranty company again and told them the problem was getting worse. They came by and offered to glue the boards down again. I told them no, it’s not a small issue, the problem is with the material. The connectors were obviously breaking in high traffic and low traffic areas of the house. They were breaking in rooms that were never affected by the water and areas no where near the foyer. The manufacturer, (Bruce) sent an inspector who did a thorough floor inspection and it was clear that the boards continue to separate and continue to get worse all over the house. The manufacturer concluded we steam clean the floors and that's why they are breaking. That's ridiculous because 1) we don’t own a steam cleaner, we vacuum the floor, 2) we have steam cleaned laminate in other houses and they have never separated. 3) the material is only 3 months old. So we are screwed as the builder, the installer and the manufacturer AHF (Brucce) will not take responsibility for this flooring quality. I honestly don’t blame the installer. They didn't make the stuff but if you are going to buy flooring I would look somewhere else. I have installed under a dozen floors myself for family and friends and I have never, ever seen laminate floors separate like this. We likely have 30+breaks throughout 1 floor in the house after only 4 months of use. ... show more

  • Trash. Do not order.
Broken pieces everywhere. Thin thin thin. Expensive junk

  • Don't buy this stuff
We put this in our bathroom thinking being waterproof it would be perfect. Well it's junk, walking on floor will separate junctions and white spline will come up. Extremely lousy quality.
