The left shoe had a scuff mark. The shoes were not in an original box nor were the shoes in an individual bag. The box stated that the original box was destroyed and therefore needed a replacement box. I immediately logged on and requested a refund. I also reordered the shoe. These Sam Edelman jelly sandals are super cute and definitely give off high-end designer vibes—such a fun sandal at a great price! Unfortunately, the strap runs quite wide, which made them a tough fit for my narrow feet. I ended up adding a bit of foam under the strap to keep them from slipping.
