You cannot beat the value of these wax melts. I've always enjoyed this brand's other seasonal melts, but this is my first time trying the summer variety. Longevity: I'm currently on day 3 of warming one of the scents, and it smells just as strong as when I put it in. Not overpowering, but a nice fragrance throughout the home. I forgot to turn off my warmer overnight last night and thought it might impact the scent longevity, but it didn't-- the scent is still lasting and lasting. Scent throw: I live in a small-ish two bedroom apartment with an open concept, and my warmer is in the kitchen. I would say the fragrance is something we can smell in most rooms -- there may be one or two around a corner that don't get the full effect of the scent, but the other rooms do smell it. That said, again, not overpowering in the kitchen at all. Scents: This collection has a nice, diverse set of fragrance. You aren't just getting 8 bars of the same generic summery scents, but instead, 8 very distinct fragrances. Fresh cotton smells light and vaguely sweet, mostly clean. Pink island smells incredibly masculine and warm -- think men's body wash, in a good way. Pineapple does smell pretty pineapple-y, and has a fruity fragrance overall with the pineapple tang. Vanilla creamsicle does lean mostly just toward a straight vanilla smell, maybe a creamy hint, but definitely one you will enjoy if you like a good vanilla. At first quick sniff, it almost feels like a cotton candy kind of smell. Ocean Breeze smells like fresh laundry to me, like the idea of a nice cool breeze kind of fragrance. I will say Tropical Mojito doesn't really give the notes I would expect of a mojito-- neither mint nor lime -- but it does smell good and summery. More... like women's fragrance, if it were a take on a summery cocktail energy than a mojito scent. Similarly, coconut doesn't smell like what I'd expect for coconut, neither like the coconut type smell you think of, nor like the tropical tanning oil you might associate with the coconut smell, but instead more of a warm sugary smell that has a lingering afterthought of coconut. Strawberry smells more berry, and is their most berry scent to date, but is less strawberry and more generic berry. Overall, I am impressed with all of the scents, both cold and warm, and I feel like the overall scent of each embodies that summer vibe. All feel fresh and light. Also, while the warmer you put them in will obviously vary the temp, these did feel comfortable/safe to the touch in my warmer, and I like the fact that this is a soy blend wax. I feel confident in using it around my kid and my pets. At this price, 8 bars feels like a steal. Genuinely, these are some of the longest-lasting bars I've used, and I find them to be better than name brand counterparts.

I ordered this set because I’m dreaming of summer already, and these did not disappoint! I’ve tried a lot of scented wax melts, but honestly, this is my favorite set to date. I live in a 2 bedroom apartment and these scents are strong enough to smell throughout my whole home without being overbearing. The scents are light and fresh smelling ~ they don’t have any perfume or chemical smells at all. Although there isn’t really one particular wax that I am not fond of, the vanilla Creamsicle, ocean breeze and the coconut are my top 3, and the tropical Mojito is my least favorite. There are 6 cubes in each packet, and I always melt 2 cubes at a time, and they last a very long time, and with 8 packs in this set, they’re going to last me through most of the season, which makes them an incredible value for the money! They melt evenly and appear to be really soft and creamy. I can turn them off at night and come home after work and still be able to lightly smell the wax I was burning the night before.They’re made from 100% natural soy wax, and the quality is fantastic. I’m going to buy another set for my Bestie as they come in a really cute box for gifting. I will absolutely buy these again when my set runs out.

I've ordered the Salubrito wax melt collections in the past, and I've learned that there are always a couple of definite favorites, many likes, and one or two 'I don't think so'. This collection of 100% soy melts is no exception. Here's my take: Mojito - not sure if it smells like an actual mojito, but I would say it's a blend of lime and balsam. Fresh Cotton - as expected, clean, fresh and slightly sweet, maybe with a hint of baby powder. Vanilla Creamsicle - not sure what it is supposed to smell like, but to my nose it's a bit like Pistachio ice cream. Pink Island - my least favorite. Strong, like dishwashing detergent. Ocean Breeze - my second least favorite. Somewhat like Fresh Cotton but with a hint more mintyness. Coconut - a blend of coconut and something else, possibly a touch of chocolate or coffee. Pineapple - my fave, smells overwhelmingly like Pineapple Lifesavers. Strawberry - surprisingly good, and no faux fragrance about it. Smells like a freshly made strawberry smoothie. For the current price of $17.86, or $2.23 per pack, these are competitively priced or slightly less expensive than what you might find at a big box store. They are not the same quality gourmet melts you will find at the specialty store in the mall. However, these are not as costly, either. The collection comes in a cutesy, tropical graphic box with the words Summer time on it. Would make a nice gift.

I like these wax melts. Although most of the scents are simple, they smell nice, are strong, and last all day. I used a different scent each day and liked 5 out of the 8 scents. The okay scents were Ocean Breeze (reminded me of soap), Fresh Cotton (scent didn’t match the name), and Coconut (didn’t smell like coconut). Pink Island smelled like pink soap when sniffing the cube but it ended up smelling like cologne once melted. Its scent was the most complex of the bunch but I liked it. The other scents were basic sweet and yummy. I would not recommend this product to people who prefer complex scents. Of note, the expiration date on the melts was 12-12-2028. 1/15/26 list price: $17.86
