This is the prettiest rose scent. I light it when my heart feels bruised because rose is a heart opener and known for healing. I burn it until the wax is evenly melted across the top, then blow it out. The scent lingers for a few days. Worth the price!

Never in my life did I think I’d pay 50.00 for a candle, but after hearing about it on a podcast, I had to try it! It is perfect and instead of burning it, I placed it on a candle warmer and have given myself much more time to enjoy the candle. It has a beautiful rich smell to it that is not overbearing. You can smell it throughout the entire room, but it is not heavy and doesn’t have the same potency as traditional wax candles. It has a very refined and elegant and sweet smell that can be very calming, and just overall. I will keep melting this candle for as long as I can, and will then definitely purchase another one! ... show more

    • Very Heavily Perfumed Candles that Burn Black Smoke
We love quality, natural candles and this isn't one of them. Right out of the box, the perfume is over powering... the scent is hardly natural in anyway. My wife woke up the next morning with black in her nostrils so I examined the candle burning carefully, and sure enough, black smoke in abundance. Unfortunately, I bought 4 of them in 3 different scents. I tried burning 3 hoping for better results to no avail. We gave the last one to our neighbors who don't care about health or stinking up the whole house with heavy perfume. Salt & Stone should be ashamed of themselves: calling this a quality, natural product. $200 down the drain. By the way, the uber expensive natural grocer Erewhon, sells their candles for the same price. ... show more

I burn candles pretty much 12 hours of every single day, from Nest, Tyler etc - I have an air purifier that stays blue (safe air) UNTIL I BURN ONE OF THESE?! EVERY SINGLE TIME I BURN ONE OF THESE CANDLES - the light turns red (toxic unsafe to breath alert) within 10 minutes of my lighting & doesn’t go blue again until like 20 minutes after putting candle out. Frankly not sure what to think but what are these made of??? Alarming! ... show more
