Nice design, light weight, sharp looking hiking mid boots with tasteful color compliments. I usually wears 1 size up if footwear are available in Medium width as I am in between Medium and Wide. Normally wears 10.0 but I went up 10.5 US with about 15mm (1.5 cm) and its perfect. Comfortable with roll as you walk. I gave it 4 Star only because it is a tiny bit of snuggy on instep and maybe tight if one have high arch or wearing thick socks. Just fyi. Ankle support is acceptable if you tighten the laces. Good for light hiking and threading but then I only use it as daily work around shoes. ... show more

I have wear Salomon shoes for almost two decades already. It's the only brand of sport shoes I use and never disappoint me. These are not the exception. The shoes are very comfortable and I can walk all day without getting tired weather a city walk or in a mountain hiking. And these in particular looks stylish, more like sneakers than hiking shoes so I can also wear them with jeans or casual clothes. Easy to break in and very comfortable. Not much cushioning if your feet tend to get sore quickly, but they were great for me.
