So far no real break in time. They are comfortable out of the box. And way lighter then I thought they be. For 67 bucks I purchased the black tactical pair for work as well.

Seem to be well-made & sturdy. (Up-dated review, after several months.) Pros - 1) Relatively easy to get on, and fit pretty well. (My feet are narrow.) 2) Broke in after about 1 1/2 weeks, using them 40 hours/week - Security. 3) Easy to close up & lace up. Comfortable, and seem to be sturdy. Cons - 1) Hard to get them laced tight across my instep. (Some blisters occurring.) 2) Eyelet design seems to be tearing laces up, prematurely.

These boots are not the most comfortable or easiest to break in if you’re used to the name brands such as Garmont, Oakley, Nike, Danner, etc. I have worn them for the past 10 days in rain, heat, and mud and they still need a bit more time to break in I believe. They are not the worst boots I’ve owned but if you find yourself standing in an almost 2 hour long battalion formation you will definitely start to feel it. However they are relatively similar to Garmont boots design it is a big difference in comfort as well as it is higher up the ankle than I prefer. They are about 8 inches high and I’m used to about 6 inches this makes a difference when you walk in them as well as taking them on/off. I would say overall they used solid materials from what I can tell hopefully last me about 3-6 months before I buy another set they are a solid as a back up set if you’re in the military to keep as an extra pair in the car or closet would not recommend for everyday use.

Very good boots for the price. Perfect for garrison use with a light, soft sole. Comfortable and needs very little break in. I'm not sure I'd want to wear them in a field environment, as they don't provide the protection that my issue boots do, but for light duty, these are excellent.

I bought for my husband's birthday. They came dirty, which I cleaned before giving. He wore 2 times and the Eyelets came right out of boot. Disappointing 😞
