Absolutely worth the price! Nice value. I am an XL size and 5'3" tall and had to hem it up 1.5", but it was totally worth it. The pattern wasn't quite as attractive as shown online, but the colors were the same. It isn't sheer at all. The bust on mine was more low-cut than on the online model, and I am more modest than many, so I had to get a low plunge bra to wear under it (I hadn't owned any) so that my bra wouldn’t show, but it is cool and comfortable, which is exactly wanted. I did wind up returning this dress because I found another style/color that was better for my figure, but this one was a close 2nd. There is a lot to like about it. The band between the top and the skirt is a very nice touch. It is much more flattering than having the skirt flare out right below "The Girls". It tends to elongate your torso. The crisscross v-neck is feminine but full coverage. The arm holes did not gap nor were they too tight. The material is soft and stretchy so it feels very comfortable, but the dress doesn't look the least bit cheap or casual. I am 5'5" about 170 lbs. The XL fit like it was custom made for me. It is full length in flats without dragging on the ground. This style does accentuate your boobs. As I'm a bit lopsided thanks to a lumpectomy, that was kind of a deal breaker for me. It probably would be less noticeable in a darker color. Overall, this is a very nice dress. If I could have justified getting 2 new dresses, I'd have kept them both. ... show more

I bought this dress in green and in blue, and I love-love-love it. It's SUPER comfortable and looks cute for casual events. I also wore it to a semi-fancy event by pairing it with special accessories. I ordered M and L because I wasn't sure which would work. I found that it runs a little large and that M fits me best, but I kept the L because it was only slightly looser and is fine for bloated days and with a cami/bralette. 5'4"/140lbs/36D Size medium length was 54 inches which was floor length in flats; however, the dress fit snugger on top than I prefer. I had to pull down on it to lower the band line into a position below the boobs. The medium was not tight around my hips/butt/belly areas and had plenty of flow. I ordered a 2nd dress in size Large because according to the size chart it was close in length to the size medium. My picture shows the size large was actually 58 inches. Size large was a more comfortable fit; except for the length, which would require shortening. If you are under 5'4" you will likely need alterations to shorten the length. These dresses seem to be sewn well. The fabric is very soft and lightweight but not see thru. Quality of fabric seems to be average and time will tell how well it washes. This dress could be worn to a wedding reception; but I feel it is more suitable for a backyard barbecue, summertime luncheon or casual evening party. If it washes well, the fabric doesn't fade or pill and sale prices continue; I would consider purchasing another dress in the future. ... show more
