I have applied numerous peel and stick wallpaper brands and types over the years. That said, I know the best way to apply these types of paper. The quality of this wallpaper is average. Firstly, the Safiyya White and Gold Peel and Stick Geometric Wallpaper has a gorgeous modern pattern with metallic silver and gold. The paper itself is on the thinner side. You have to take care to apply this to avoid tearing the paper. I use a plastic wallpaper applicator to smooth the paper as I peel off the back paper. Air bubbles can easily be avoided when using the proper tool. The tackiness of the paper is almost similar to Post It notes. My advice is to apply this to a surface that has no texture with a bit of a sheen. I gave my wall project a new coat of satin finish paint before applying the paper. This helps the paper adhere to the wall perfectly. Application was very easy for me. This was honestly one of the easier wallpapers to apply. Overall, I am very pleased with the design of the paper. The quality is average. Application is easy (if you have the experience). Tackiness is appropriate for a surface with a sheen. Excellent value for the price!

Distinct (and disgusting) glue smell straight out of the package. Bubbled while I was unrolling it, and during cutting, but adhered just fine. We have thickly plastered walls so I wasn't sure if it would stick well, if at all, but it's been up and going strong for about 2 months now! I used my hands to get bubbles out of the wallpaper as I was applying it, and I got gold and staining on my hands from repeated rubbing. On the back there is a grid for cutting, interspersed with "directions" on how to apply the wallpaper. Except, the wording for the "instructions" is actually just a story in multiple languages. See photo for example. It was JUST enough paper for what I needed for my project, but it was a little bit less than I has expected. I don't think I would want to purchase more, but I am happy with what I got. If I hadn't gotten stained hands from smoothing, I would say it's good quality. It is good at water repelling. I only needed to align a small section of the paper as I used it the "wrong" way (horizontal as a backsplash instead of vertical as a full wallpaper) and it didn't quite match up with the rest of the pattering, but it still looks just fine and no one will ever think it out of place. I did cut it into three sections to make application easier, and had my spouse help hold it up while I applied. This went around outlets, behind a sink, and was a bit tricky in that regard so having two sets of hands was helpful.

I got this to cover the base of my son’s train table, which had a lot of scrapes, dings, and chips from the previous owners. The paper went on smoothly and was easy to cut to size with the grid lines on the back. The adhesive feels secure once it’s down, but still forgiving enough to lift and adjust if needed. The design is subtle but modern, and it really brightened up the table without being distracting. It also feels more durable than standard contact paper — thick enough to handle playtime without tearing right away. I can see this working well for other projects like shelves, cabinets, or craft tables. Overall, it was a simple way to give the train table a much cleaner look. I’m happy with how it turned out and would definitely consider using this paper again for other small updates around the house.
