These are extremely bright when paired together but when I put a watt meter on them it showed around 7 amps and about 88 watts combined. They aren’t the claimed 300 watts but they are bright enough to blind other drivers!!!

Wanted to exchange my old (working) lights with these new LEDs but neither one of them worked. It was supposed to be a simple exchange since the relay, etc. was already in place. Would not even work when connected straight to the 12V battery. Very disappointment, what a waste of time.... Update: I received two working units within two days, that was very quick! Thank you. I installed them but they are NOT spot lights but rather flood lights. They are bight, yes, but do not support the high beam that I envisioned or expected from a spot light - as described. These lights brighten up everything up to approximately 50 to 60 yards but do not reach any further than my standard/stock high beams. Just something to keep in mind when thinking of "spot lights." Also, the provided hex screws that mount the lamps to the brackets are too long. They will hit the cooling fin, making it impossible to tighten the housing. Be prepared to either use different screws, shorten the existing ones or add washers or spacers. One would think that "minor details" like this would have been considered... I have mixed feelings about the clear plastic shield in front of the lights but have no experience yet as I have not driven in rain, snow or on a dusty road yet. ... show more

These are are alot bigger then they look. I have em mounted on the front of a big ole full size SUV and they still look huge! That said, they are bright and produce clean white light. Mostly flood and not spot, these overpower the HID lights on my truck and extend the viewing capability by at least 2 if not 3X the distance. Can't beat them for the price.
