I was concerned since it was such a big shipment, and Hurricane Irma was on her way up Florida. I called Amazon and they assured me it would come by then. We originally got this for my parents, but it didn't work out. As such, we've been happy to keep it. It decorates our front porch and is solid enough to sit on. The porcelain is bright white and doesn't have glazing artifacts. If you look at the underside you can tell this ceramic piece was fairly well done, as nicely fired as good china dinnerware. Not much else to say - it's decorative, it's sturdy, and I found it to be worth the price. The stool I received was lovely in design and the glaze on top was a rich creamy off-white. However, the sides were horribly streaked with gray showing through all over. It was a mess. Unfortunately, it needed to be returned.

This garden stool was a great buy for the money. It's sturdy, perfect size for a patio side table and the color is gorgeous. The cutwork is also lovely. I may buy another.
