I like everything about this desk! Great bang for the buck! The quality, the size, the stability, material! It was also pretty easy to put together. I bought it around 2 years ago and still going strong. The one issue I have is not the manufacturer's fault..and it's a question I have for them... If my dog has chewed up the power cable connection, is there any way I can just request a new one and replace with a new one? If so, what is the process for this? I had been looking at other desks that were less expensive on Amazon and other places and realized they would not fit my needs at all. After reading reviews and narrowing down my options I decided on this one and - THIS DESK is amazing! Up/down is smooth and very quiet. Having the extra USB and plug in under the shelf is perfect. Easy to assembly but pay attention to the diagrams. There was a minuscule crush on the desktop corner but no-one will ever see it. The drawers are fabric with a hard front matching the rest of the desk. I have a 23-24 inch monitor, a small lamp, aroma diffuser and some glass pretties on the top shelf. No concerns with any of that stuff being jostled during the up/down movement. Perfect purchase! ... show more

Best purchase I have made for myself up to date. Sturdy, smooth mechanism, great looking and feels good to the touch. Best instructions I have yet when assembling it. Once I laid everything out, I saw it was all labeled and corresponded to the step by step details. It took me a bit to put together but it was not stressful in doing it at all. Other products I have put together have always caused me stresse but not this one. I did miss a couple of screws but Qarm responded quickly to my needs. I love this desk and even my little son said that I should give it a 5 star rating. He sat down in front of it, had it go up and down and said, “Now, I know what a busy business women really does.     • Nice Desk but Disappointing
The look of this desk is amazing. It works well in my setting and not overbearing. Slide easily on low pile carpet if you need to move. Now for the disappointing part. I picked this desk because it was available at the time of purchases but I actually wanted another one from a different company. While putting the desk together, getting to the last stage of mounting the top to the legs the pre-drilled holes did not line up with one of the legs. I disassembled and tried it again, still a no! Because I did not have to time to repack and have it shipped back I just used an epoxy to hold and clap so it would adhere to the base. Not only this, I had screws missing for the drawer's handles. The electrical motor works well and the heights are greater from sit to stand. Overall the look is lovely and sturdy. Downside pre-drill holes not matching and missing parts. I hope no one else runs into this similar problem. ... show more

I’ve been using this desk for 1 month now and absolutely love it. It’s sturdy, looks amazing (like I paid more for it), and has great features. I love that it’s 2 tiers, so I don’t have to have a separate monitor riser; the top tier fits 2 large monitors perfectly. I didn’t think I’d need the cup holder attachment, but it’s a great addition, and I love the 2 fabric drawers for hidden storage. Overall this is a great desk! Assembly was relatively easy; like assembling ikea furniture. I’d recommend 2 people to assemble the base, and definitely assemble it in the room where it will live. ... show more
