And before you assume I just don't know what rose gold is - nope. This is not exactly the right color for rose gold. It's almost TOO pink. You know how some plated yellow gold comes across too yellow, almost yellow-orange? This is that same concept, but in rose gold land instead of yellow land. It's not bad looking, but anybody who's very familiar with rose gold will sort of tilt their head at it. The pendant and chain are both stamped 925, though, and neither reacts to a magnet (other than the clasp on the necklace, which should not be sterling on the inside anyway, so magnet reactivity there is fine). The chain is about 17.5-17.75" in length, with no extender, so please check your neck/necklace comfort measurements as this is a tick shorter than you'll usually see without that extender attached. If you really want it but know it's too short, separate extenders are available on this platform in various gold tones and lengths, so all is not lost. The pink stone is nice looking. It's well-polished and pretty. It's rose quartz, so a relatively inexpensive material, meaning it's not hard to get good stone at this price point in that particular mineral. The construction is solid and the setting seems well-made, so I don't have any immediate quality concerns. If you don't mind the color, this isn't a bad choice at all - and I'm fully aware that some folks will actually prefer this color over the more subtle versions - more power to ya, and this one's for you. ... show more
