Great packaging and great shipping. I ordered 2 ash pink 24"/26" extensions. The texture of the hair is wonderful and it's not to shiny. The color on the other hand was not like the picture. It was much darker instead of a bright pink. I get that there are some color differences because of screen color, but these are way off. Also I don't like the tag attached for feedback info it seems rude telling me what to do in case I need assistance. Good buy for the price, just pick a natural color for better results.

I was a little nervous purchasing hair over the internet without seeing/feeling it first.. When my product arrived, I was sooooo happy! it is thick yet lightweight and easy to use.. love love love this!! i'm ordering a second one for my wedding :) also, the waves in the peice are nice but I straightened them out. My hair peice still feels nice and looks great after straightening.

I've bought this before and was very pleased. It's long and needs to be cut but this time I immediately smelt mold when I opened the air sealed package. Someone air sealed it when it was wet. The tag was still wet. The hair smelt like mold. Only 2 of the 5 clips were not snapped in half. I was itchy after touching it, I had to change my clothes because the smell of mold and got a headache. This was a bad experience. I will be returning it. I will try another because I do like the color, wave and texture of the hair. This one however is unusable. I wouldn't even wash and wear it and if I did the clips are broken. I'd say it's more on the person who packaged it and not so much the product itself.

These hair extensions were surprisingly cute! I was a little hesitant at first because they were so cheap, but when I got them I was shocked! I had them cut by a friend so they weren’t so “perfect” looking, and they fit me so well. I’ve had them for a few months now and I just make sure to be careful with them and they’re still great!
