This is a good product but I wish it had the adjustable clutch like other drills. It could be do to space limitations on the tool. I have never had a right angle screwdriver before so am not sure this is even possible to have this option. Otherwise it works well and I am happy with it.

I bought this right angle drill in part because I'm already in the Ryobi 1+ ecosystem and partly because I needed a right angle drill for a specific application, namely drilling in a low clearance area of my patio cover, a job for which this drill worked perfectly. It's got enough torque for the job, is very low profile and light. I'd buy it again tomorrow if I had to. ... show more

Granted, if I had wanted a commercial grade product I would have chosen Dewalt, but at a much higher price. I'm not a professional end-user, but I do want to be able to rely on my tools lasting for a reasonable time and with no expectation that they be used for severe or excessively demanding applications. I've read the complaint that the chuck is a weakness for the tool. I have not found this to be the case -- it has worked very well for me. The drill also has the amount of torque I need. I've thought of buying such a tool for years and am glad that I finally broke down and bought it. In the short time I've owned it it has proven to be very useful. ... show more

I bought this drill midway through building a deck and in hindsight, I bought it just in time. I designed the deck with the joists at 12-inch on center (some of them ended up being 12 inches "off center"), so I needed a tool that would let me put in the hurricane straps and block with structural screws. This tool was stout, lasted all day on a 4ah battery and became my go-to drill (despite having 3 other drills to use). ... show more
