The moment I put these shoes on, I couldn’t stop commenting on their comfort! I’ve worn Ryka Dash shoes for about a year now, and they have been my “recovery shoes of choice” after fracturing my foot and ankle. These Devotion X shoes are my new favorite shoes—even more comfortable than the Dash! I can’t comment yet on their durability, but I can say I didn’t want to take them off after wearing them all day yesterday! So much cushion plus true support! The toe box is super spacious—like being barefoot almost! Zero ankle pain while walking so far, which may just be all the PT and training I’ve done, but I do believe shoes make a difference in full recovery after injury since they support proper gait. I bought this exact shoe/style/color years ago. I wore it out! Tried to order a new pair last year but could not find it anywhere. I was thrilled to find it on Amazon, and worried that it was a new style, different fit. Thank goodness it is my pair! Straight out of the box to the gym, one hour of cardio, fit like a glove and great on my feet. I have flat feet, arch support is perfect. I don't like gel, no gel involved her. Bought these for a vacation. They fit perfectly. Feel great, cushion and arch support. Tie width great but still looks like a normal shoe. No slipping at my heel. Not usually a good idea to go travel with new shoes but pleasantly surprised. Not sure about durability yet. But love them so far

I am a huge fan of these Ryka walking shoes. I wear these to the gym, walking and anywhere I will be on my feet for long periods. These are are my second pair. The other pair I had for about 1.5 years and they were ready for a replacement. They are roomy and very comfortable for my wide foot.

Still not sure what I think. I need space in the toe box at the base of the laces around my "toe knuckles" (not my toe nails), which compared to about 11 other pairs Ive tried, these were the best Ive tried so far, without having a big floppy square toe. There seems to be too many layers of fabric supporting the laces contraption, so while there is space, they have caused a structure which presses down on my toe knuckles, particularly on the big toe. The rest of the shoe fits fine... but not nearly as comfortable to wear all day as other brand name athletic shoes I've owned (and prefer except for my new toe condition). To be clear, my feet do not hurt while wearing them, instead its when I take them off that my feet ache and are so glad to not be in them any more. They look fashionable enough, thet except for the huge, unfamiliar brand logo, not many people will glance at them and think you've got orthopedic shoes on. I got a light / denim blue color, which is neutral enough for my style. They're the best I have right now, but I will likely replace them with something else, soon. ... show more

Absolutely looooove these shoes and the brand! Very comfortable and makes walking easier. I will say the devotion max are top tier, but these are my gateway shoes lol. If you have sciatic issues get the devotion x max if not these are perfect! OR if you’re just getting into walking and wanting comfort without spending more than $100 these are the way to go! Usually, I have to break in sneakers to get the perfect comfort. I wear inserts as well for fasciitis, and these sneakers were so comfortable and supportive from the first day I put them on! I am ordering another pair and I highly recommend them.

These shoes are so comfortable to wear — they were a real go-to from spring through this summer. I can wear them all day without my feet getting tired. I have wide feet, so I really appreciate that this brand offers a wide option. That said, like other reviewers have mentioned, the craftsmanship isn’t great. The first pair I received had a noticeable gap between the sole and the upper, and the top eyelet (where you thread the laces) was slightly torn, so I ended up returning it. The pair I bought this year has been fine so far after a few months of wear, but my advice is to check your shoes carefully as soon as they arrive before assuming everything’s fine. ... show more
