The Rvinyl window tint arrived in perfect condition. The tint was securely rolled around a firm plastic tube and mailed in a long cardboard container. Tints even arrived 6 days ahead of estimated arrival. I ordered the front driver and passenger 35% tint for a Honda Odyssey minivan. I watched several YouTube videos on installing pre-cut tint. Bought a tint tool kit from Amazon. Used a razor blade and a homemade slip solution to thoroughly clean my glass. I had installed tint a few times in the past, and each install had flaws and imperfections. This installation was hands down the BEST install I've ever had. The tint installed nicely and looks AWESOME. The install took me approximately 30 minutes to complete two front windows. The pre-cut tint pieces fit my Honda Odyssey PERFECTLY! I did NOT have to cut on any of the pieces. I feel that the most critical aspect was of the install was the Pre-Cut pieces and watching multiple YouTubes on installing Pre-Cut tint.

I do not usually complain about anything but I did contact them so they can try to make it right before leaving negative feedback. And I am just doing this so you guys DO NOT have to fall for the same FALSE product description. It says takes the GUESS work out of tinting and saves TIME and MONEY. But please check out what customer service rep told me to do with the bad tints I got. They told me to heat shrink and cut my precut tints since it wasn't exactly cut to fit my window and it created bubble/fingers on my install. First of all, it's too late because it's ALREADY installed and DRIED to windows. And WHAT?!? WHY would I have to shrink and CUT my supposedly "PRECUT" tints. That's like going to a steakhouse and the waiter tells you to recook your own steak if it's not cooked to your requested temperature. Customer service and products are obviously horrible. STAY FAR AWAY!!
