The laptop has Windows 10 Professiounal. The laptop works very well. It connects to the Internet wirelessly, and performs the functions I will need from it. I'll mainly use it for presenting slide shows and videos for first aid classes for Boy Scout groups. It has a full sized keyboard. As with any laptop, there are choices in the keyboard. PgUp/PgDn is not a separate key, it's Fn+a function key. The specs say it comes with an HDMI port. They don't make it clear it's a mini HDMI port. I'll update this review if a mini HDMI to HDMI cable does not let me use a TV as an external monitor. ... show more

I only bought this laptop so I could get myself enrolled in electrical college and Penn Foster school and it works much better than o expected of to for the price. My only gripe is the built in wifi antenna sucks, I bought a USB wifi range extender and that fixed my issues with connectivity at any distance. Would recommend if you just need something cheap enough that it functions enough to do school work or whatever. I've used fast worse laptops that are name brands, like HP, DELL, etc. ... show more

The battery power sucked and it would only last for an hour so it sucked for school and I would rather return it and save up for a better one with a battery that can last and doesn’t crash every single time I open a website.

I have been a desktop user for 37 years and I never thought I would get a laptop. When I saw this one at this price - I had to try. I am getting the hang of using it and love using it so far. (I do have to watch my thumbs from hitting the pad on the bottom.) I like the look of Windows 10 and it's not as strange as I thought it would be. (I still use Windows 7 on my desktop.) There is not a lot of programs already installed which means I can put what I want on the computer without having to get rid of all the garbage ones. I like the clean, crisp images on the screen due to the high resolution. Although I have been using computers for a very long time, I am not a "techie" so I can't tell all the specs and what is good about it. I do know this - I know what I like, I am excited about using this laptop and I am glad I made the purchase. I have bought a tablet from this company last year so I can tell you the customer service has been great for that purchase. So I also bought this laptop because I know I can get help if I need it! I really don't believe anyone will be disappointed in purchasing this laptop! Oh, and it has a mouse -- I had to have a mouse! I'm not keen on using the pad yet. ... show more
