These curtains were exactly as described in the post. Good quality thick curtains. Soft and comfortable. Not even wrinkled out of the package. Block out 100% of light. Seem like they will be a good thermal barrier to block heat and cold as well. Hopefully you have a good, strong curtain rod, though, because these curtains are a pretty heavy curtain for a cheap, weak curtain rod. They're not the cheapest option here on Amazon for similar looking curtains (believe me, I've bought some of the cheaper ones), but with good reason. They are more than worth the extra cost. Love the antique copper look of the grommets too. Very happy.

BUY THEM! Look, I've purchased several brands of "blackout" curtains. I can tell you right now, for the price, these are phenomenal. 1. They are true light blocking. There is no light coming through the curtain. (pictured) In the photo, you can see that when the curtains are closed there is light around the curtain but not through it. I didn't place my curtains flat to the wall; I bought a bar that offered that option, but I left the blind covers above the window, and didn't want to deal with removing them. 2. The length/weight is perfect. They are not superrr heavy, but they have a good weight to them. This keeps them from moving around with the fan on. We have a standing fan, so I like that. Additionally, the length makes it so that they cover about a foot below the window, so I'm not worried about them catching the window ledge. 3. They block heat! Oh man, anyone living here in Texas knows that this heat is intense right now. They actively keep the bedroom from being so hot. Those windows (even tinted) let in lots of light and heat. It makes the bedroom hard to keep cool. The curtains block all that heat as well as the light, so it's a nice area to sleep during the day. For those that are overnighters, this is a good option to allow your body to rest since the light and heat are reduced significantly. 4. Cost efficient. These curtains are cheap considering their quality. The feel of the curtain smooth. The grommets make them easy to hang and lay beautifully. The color is a gentle sage green. I love green, but I didn't want a childish green. Love the tranquility of the color. Just do it. I bought two sets for both windows, and this is the first time I don't deeply regret spending the money. I wasn't paid for this review, and I don't normally leave long reviews. I just really like these, and you all deserve an honest review from someone that owns some. GO GET THEM!

Nice drapes. The color is exactly as expected. The material is soft, thick and heavy. When. Hung properly they truly are black out curtains. They also help to create a barrier against drafty windows . I haven’t washed them yet so I can’t comment on how they hold up.

Blackout comments: These curtains are solid overall and do exactly what they’re supposed to do. They are true blackout. light does not pass through the fabric itself. Any light you see will naturally come from the top, bottom, or sides, which is unavoidable, but the material itself blocks light very well. Fabric color: In person, under natural lighting and when held next to a sage color chart, the true color sits between seafoam sage and earthy sage. It’s a muted, calming green, not overly blue and not too dark, so it works nicely in a neutral or nature-inspired room. Though i put 4 stars, because I feel like the pictures they presented were a little brighter. One thing to note is that you’ll probably want to steam or lightly iron them before hanging. You can see the fold lines from packaging (as you can tell I didn’t steam/iron them) The fabric feels substantial and hangs well, giving a clean and polished look once installed. I’ve attached photos showing how they look in my room for reference, since color can vary a lot depending on lighting. Overall, a good option if you’re looking for effective blackout curtains and want a soft sage color rather than something too bold or gray.

Holy cow these curtains are amazing ! They black out the sun entirely! I do recommend to get a curtain rob pole that is close to the wall for it to really block all the sun. I have a curtain rod pole that has the curtains slightly hanging far from the wall so the sun pokes through- but that’s because of the curtain rod I choose! Not the curtain. The curtain is amazing. The curtain keeps my room so dark it’s amazing. I never noticed how much better I sleep with my room darker until I installed these. The curtains are easy to install and I just accordion style folded them. The colour is a beautiful pink. So pretty. My room size is more on the medium size and it blocks the sun perfectly. It blocks the sun so well I doubt the room size will change anything. The only thing that will change the sun poking out from the curtain is the curtain rod type on how far it hangs from wall They’re great quality and thick. They definitely do their job well! No complaints so far! If anything changes I’ll update this review.

Live in an old 1960 brick house in Texas, plan on replacing all the windows until then put these up in the whole house last year. Keeps the indoors 10 degrees cooler/warmer and the rooms in the morning stay pitch black perfect for sleeping. Have tossed in washer a few times without issue. Great value and great price.
