I work night shifts every few months so I needed to find some blackout curtains that worked well and these curtains have been doing its job! Keeps my room nice and dark so that I can actually sleep in it. Although my photo shows a little bit of light at the top, it has NOTHING to do with the curtains. If my curtain rods were higher, there would be less of a gap to let light in. Another thing that I noticed is that it helps maintain my room temperature pretty well. My room faces the sun and gets very hot and I noticed it these curtains have helped keep my room a little cooler. I wouldn’t say it completely blocks out the heat but I’ve noticed that it made a difference. The curtains are nice and thick and the material feels nice. For what I paid for these, I think it is super worth it and I 100% recommend getting these if you’re looking for some nice blackout curtains.

BUY THEM! Look, I've purchased several brands of "blackout" curtains. I can tell you right now, for the price, these are phenomenal. 1. They are true light blocking. There is no light coming through the curtain. (pictured) In the photo, you can see that when the curtains are closed there is light around the curtain but not through it. I didn't place my curtains flat to the wall; I bought a bar that offered that option, but I left the blind covers above the window, and didn't want to deal with removing them. 2. The length/weight is perfect. They are not superrr heavy, but they have a good weight to them. This keeps them from moving around with the fan on. We have a standing fan, so I like that. Additionally, the length makes it so that they cover about a foot below the window, so I'm not worried about them catching the window ledge. 3. They block heat! Oh man, anyone living here in Texas knows that this heat is intense right now. They actively keep the bedroom from being so hot. Those windows (even tinted) let in lots of light and heat. It makes the bedroom hard to keep cool. The curtains block all that heat as well as the light, so it's a nice area to sleep during the day. For those that are overnighters, this is a good option to allow your body to rest since the light and heat are reduced significantly. 4. Cost efficient. These curtains are cheap considering their quality. The feel of the curtain smooth. The grommets make them easy to hang and lay beautifully. The color is a gentle sage green. I love green, but I didn't want a childish green. Love the tranquility of the color. Just do it. I bought two sets for both windows, and this is the first time I don't deeply regret spending the money. I wasn't paid for this review, and I don't normally leave long reviews. I just really like these, and you all deserve an honest review from someone that owns some. GO GET THEM!

I have had thermal/blackout curtains in every room in my home for decades. I bought the dark grey version of these to replace the burgundy curtains that no longer matched my decor and I chose Amazon for the retail vendor for the obvious reason of convenience. I liked the fact that I didn’t need rings or curtain pins for the install like the old ones, that were roughly $80 a panel that I got two decades ago from JcPenny’s. But the thing that really impressed me was how soft the outer fabric was and how the curtain was so much more flexible overall, yet had much better blackout/thermal blockage than the older, more expensive ones. Definitely would recommend!

It blocks any and all light! Fantastic! But... you might want to run a warm steam iron over it before hanging them up. Unless you iron them out the wrinkles from the folds just do not "relax out" and go away. Excellent product and I'll be buying again for the other window.

These curtains are higher quality than I expected. They are soft and a good weight to insulate the windows and block light quite well. I got them to block out drafts and light and am hopeful they will do the job well. They washed nice in the washer and dried them on medium with no issues.

These are not very wide, just be mindful of dimensions when purchasing. just had to buy more than two for a window for it to look normal (not pulled all the way flat). They black out the sun very well though, quite thick/heavy. Would recommend.

Absolutely love these. Bought them for our nursery since baby’s window faces that early morning sun. Absolutely works. Paired them with some shear lace curtains just for the look but works great. Pictures taken in brightest time of day with blinds closed.
