I bought this to install on my Polaris 60" plow. I cut it with Makita cordless skillsaw & a straight edge. Laid out the mounting holes with a tape measure sharpie, used an awl, drilled through with a ⅜ bit. Installed in an hour ½, just in time because we got 7" of snow that night. I plowed the next morning and it worked like a dream. No snow over the top of the plow at all. The material is super strong and I see this lasting many years. Only thing I might change in the spring, is removing the bolts & washers an getting an inch & ½ x 60" wide piece of stainless flat stock to replace the washers for better support. ... show more

Installed this on my 60" KFI open trail plow for my CFmoto Cforce 800. Took a little extra effort to install as it does not have any pre-drilled holes like some other plow flaps. This is a plus as it will fit any plow and you don't need to worry about what brand plow you have when purchasing. The downside is that you need to mark out where the holes are on your plow and then drill them out. I recommend taking extra effort to mark them exactly and double-check the location after marking. I messed up on one of the holes and was a little off (my fault) so the flap has a slight bow in it rather than being perfectly straight. I had extra material left over and was able to trim to fit perfectly. ... show more

This is a great quality plow blade. very easy to install. Hold it against your plow, mark the holes on the flap, drill them out. Use the bolts that came with it. Done!
