What a great product, I replaced a previous competitors gas cap that was installed and had it on for years and it loosen over time without having a tight fit to the JEEP. Extremely disappointed with this product. The factory is better than this. At least with the factory equipment you know what you're getting. The video I watched on this shows a push lock that seemed to be very sturdy. When I got it it has cheap plastic clips but I gave it a go. Just expensive junk that won't stay locked driving down the road. I really liked the look of the gas door but that's where it stopped. I'm returning the item. ... show more

Very easy install, seems durable but if I were be picky I’d say add a flange of some sort to where the new fuel door covers the old one. They are identical in size so the paint affected by the other door that was removed can be seen a little around the new install. A small flange or optional piece to address that would make this a 5 star but overall good product. I’d buy again ... show more

As others mentioned, expensive for the cheap plastic parts. I can’t imagine this will last long until the plastic clip breaks which hold the door closed.
