Received BV6200 on February 3rd, 2024 from Amazon. The speaker on the backside quit working on March 6th, 2024. Volume is up but no sound. Front speaker for calls works fine. Just the loud backside speaker has quit working. Contacted CS they had me ship my phone back and provided a replacement at no charge. Blackview took care of this customer.

The first phone from blackview had many firmware problems and had to get sent back for a replacement. Went with the same model, and had a bunch more problems. Then I sent that one back . I then ordered through Blackviews official website and purchased the pro model instead to solve the problems. No suck luck, they sent me a phone that was supposed to be t-mobile compatable. I took it to t-mobile, opened the box, inserted the t-mobile sim card and nothing on the data side because the pro version they sent me does not have lte compatability so no t-mobile data, just phone calls, not even texts would go through. When I wentcto return this one, they said it had to be shipped to honk Kong via registered first class package. THAT COST $70.00 US! They said I would be reimbursed for the shipping, now they sY nope, can't do it. They now refuse to repay the return shipping even though I have it in writing saying they would. Since I can not physically go to thier store, I am stuck. STOP! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BRAND, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF LIKE THEY HAVE DONE ME. I purchased the 1st bad phone in February, it is now November, and the only thing I have to show for I is a 70.00 postage bill that I should have never had to pay. ***REALLY,*** BUY A DIFFERENT BRAND THAT WILL STAND BEHIND THE BRAND NEW DEVICE!

This phone is heavy!!! If you threw it at somebody, it would seriously cause them brain damage! I like the weight of it though, so that's a plus for me. The facial recognition is ok, but I'd say it's only about 60% accurate. But my biggest pet peeve with this phone, is it's speed! IDK if it's defective or what, but it's slower than molasses! When you switch from one app to another? SLOW! When you change screens? SLOW! When you first turn it on? SLOW! Using the internet? SLOW! My grandmother, who has no legs, goes faster than this phone!
