I will plug it up and then the percentage will go down and when I can get it to charge some it won't go past 24% i only have had this phone for 3 months. It's not worth it. Blackview is not helping or understanding correctly in emails . They want me to send the phone back at my cost and when they get it then they can send me the same phone. Why would I do that. This phone has a problem I asked if I can get a different phone or a coupon I don't want something that already had a problem so quickly then they started the conversation with a different person in the email asking what phone I'm talking about like they never even read the emails already sent that they replied to. So much for them saying they stand by their products in the description. Don't believe their lie that there's some sort of warranty. Their not helpful and don't actually care. Don't buy this phone I originally bought it for $200. Literally a $200 paperweight. Update company reached out willing to refund whole amount without a return with a 5star review about their customer service so I haven't yet gotten the refund but if done then absolutely they do stand by their product. Hoping for my refund so I can get another phone since by now my phone has stopped charging and using a old half broken phone.update 3/28/24 the company did refund the whole amount within two days so I'm happy. Other than decent rugged phones are being hard to find since they have enormous batterys or are twice the price of what i originally paid. ... show more

Even after resetting this phone to factory specs twice, this phone is essentially unusable once you start adding apps. I do not install an excessive number of apps, just the basic ones I have always used successfully on all previous phones. But once installed, the phone becomes extremely unstable. Even standard apps that came pre-installed (email, messaging, making a telephone call, etc.) run slowly and freeze up with great frequency. (I just love seeing the "Gmail isn't responding" message every time I want to check my emails; it so very much fills my heart with joy). There is a tremendous amount of bloatware loaded on this phone, and basic functionalities that are commonly available on other Android phones are locked and unavailable on this one. While I was pleased with my old BV9500 Plus, which I had for 4 years with no problems...and which died a horrible death due to no fault of its own, I cannot recommend the BV6200 to anyone who needs to actually use a phone to make calls, send texts, check the weather, and read Kindle books. If you like carrying around a nearly indestructible but useless brick, this may be the brick for you. ... show more

It might be a little bit heavy for some users but the battery practically last the whole work week with us without needing a charge.
