It’s very pigmented and apply smoothly. The texture is nice and can be applied even on dry lips. It blends nicely and is perfect for dark-skin so we can wear any lip color. I absolutely love it and for the price, it can’t be beat. I usually get MAC lip liner but no more as I can get several of these for the price of one MAC and it’s smaller and adjustable which makes it easier to travel with to touch-up your lips. Like liners you don’t have to sharpen. However the liner substance in side case can break easily and fallout. Colors are very rich. The liners you sharpen falls out at the tip, and you can’t put that back into the tip of the pencil.. it’s creamy and somewhat soft. I have a pretty dark skin tone, so I often have a very hard time finding good brown lip liners, but this was absolutely perfect. It was super dark without any gray tint. It was so easy to apply and really pigmented. For the price and quality, it's a steal, like for real highway robbery. My only con about this is that the tip broke when I used it for the first time. That may be my fault though, since I'm used to harder pencils I might have used too much pressure. If you have dark skin like me or just enjoy really intense color, definitely get this! ... show more

I don’t know if I received a bad batch but this is the worst eyeliner. They are hard unlike the original, whenI attempted to put it on it doesn’t even come out on my lid, zero, zilch nothing. The pencil says “Improved Formula”, no it is not. I just ran out of one that my sister gave me & Ioved it. Truly DISAPPOINTED. The saddest part is I should have checked it when I received it, now its too late to return. Guess, in the garbage they goes 🙄 ... show more
