I understand that this may not be studio quality, but for the money you are getting exactly what you see. It looked great and was a hit at the Halloween Party. Ended up taking first place prize that night. The only item that had to be altered was the vest. I had to lower the vest approximately 4 inches (cost me only five bucks to alter). I was even worried about prosthetics sticking, but they remained on all night. Also, I noticed a lot of people complaining about the wig. I used a hair relaxer in the wig and cut a little off. Looked amazing. In addition: I am 6' 2" and 215 lbs. I wear approx. a 46 coat. This fit perfect but pants do run a little big. Used a safety pin in back and they looked good. ... show more

    • Better than expected, but not perfect
This Joker costume is nearly perfect, but not quite there. I'm 5'11" and 200 lbs and ended up ordering the large. When I opened the package it was nice to see this came with a zipper bag around the costume on a hanger, so storage wouldn't be an issue. Upon opening the costume I got to examine each piece of the costume and was pleasantly surprised for the most part. - The jacket is heavier than I thought it would be, but not as heavy as a real trench coat would feel. It's got a nice red silky lining on the inside that makes it feel less like a costume and more like real clothing. - The green vest was a great fit for me, although the holes for the buttons were a little small, so I had to slice the holes open another 1/8 inch. The material felt pretty durable. - The shirt is a grey shirt with a hex pattern on it. If it was just a little more dense and less scratchy you could almost wear it as a piece of every day clothing. - The tie was a little disappointing as it feels too short to be a real tie, and the fabric was sewn together in a way that makes it just feel too fragile to be used much. This may be something I replace with a tie from my own wardrobe. - The pants were the main disappointment in the package. Of all the item, these felt the cheapest. It's a very light material for starters that would lead one to probably wear jeans/shorts under them to keep warm on a chilly Halloween night. On top of that, they use an elastic band to make it so the pants can stretch to a lot of sizes. The problem with that is, I have a 34" waist and the pants were probably 4 sizes too large for me in the waist and about 4 inches too long. I'll probably just use a clip in the back of the pants to tighten them and hem the pants before Halloween. - The wig that's included is average. It's got blonde/dark/green hair through out, but it's not real thick, so if you're looking to style the hair much to match the Joker's, you might find this to be a little difficult. - The gloves are decent, but not great. They're a little big on my hands, but I have smaller hands. They don't feel like they fit like true glove, rather just encase your hands. I can't really describe it well other than to say they don't fit like a glove! - The makeup that's included looks good, but haven't use it yet. You have all the colors you need and even some fake skin to make the scars. Overall if you're looking for a complete costume, this is pretty close. I may try to find some different pants and tie to use instead of what was supplied, but other than that it's really well made. ... show more

the pants are a joke they do not fit at all. Plan on throwing them away and buying a pair of blue pants at the mall. The gloves are a joke, throw them away and buy a pair of purple cloth gloves from a womens store. The wig is a joke, throw it away and buy green hair dye from a halloween costume shop. the good: The coat, vest, shirt, tie are awesome. and very realistic. I 43 years old average build man. I normally wear a size 46 jacket and large size t shirts, i am 190 lbs. 5'9" I'm kinda muscular in the chest and arms, i have no bear belly. The jacket and vest and shirt fit perfectly. the quality is great, its slightly pricey but, it is worth it. I have seen many joker costumes and this one is not cheesy at all ... show more

Was disappointed with the fit and the quality of this. Wig and shirt were ok, vest far too small, and I could have swam in the pants. No belt loops to tighten. Would not buy again.

I ordered the large based off of reviews. I’m 5’ 7” 200lbs, I first tried the pants and the back half is stretchy and the front half is like regular dress pants, they will need a belt and I wear a 34 waist in jeans. They are super super long, like 5” to long, will need to be hemmed. Next comes the dress shirt, it fit surprisingly well! The vest is a little tight but not bad, the problem is the vest is to short I feel like, I’m going to pull it down and pin it to stay in place. The tie is super thin and doesn’t match Heath ledgers joker just a FYI, and the color of the vest is a little off too. The gloves fit me perfectly and I have medium sized hands, the big jacket fit well also, lastly is the hair, the cap fit my head well but the hair needs to be patted down it’s a little poofy for my liking. The item was great!! I'm 6'1" 230lbs, broad shoulders, pants 35x33 The pants barely fit, in fact I'll be wearing a belt, length is fine tho. The shirt is good, fits like any other dress shirt I wear, slightly tight around shoulders. The jacket is the same. The vest however is too small, not quite long enough and a bit tight but I'll manage. The gloves appear to be 2 different sizes, unless I got 2 different size hands. The left glove fit just barely and the right even worse and actually ripped a little putting it on. To me the wig is overdone but prob just needs someone with patience to style it. Hadn't used the makeup yet besides the red, we have everything we need here. I am looking forward to using the scars that came with it because with the right person fixing it, it will look excellent, I didn't wanna waste using it just for practice. It didn't all fit as I wanted, but I'm a peculiar size so I expected it I guess. Hopefully this helped. I would love to give this costume a good review but I cant. It seems like it's nice quality, but it fell short. I am 5'10" and have a 36" waist and the pants for the large are humongous. I was pulling them up all night and I had to use safety pins in order to deal with the length. I also could not button the shirt because the holes for the buttons were not big enough so I had to make them bigger myself with a knife. The pants are made out of a material similar to a pair of gym shorts and they just feel exactly like they look; a pair of gym shorts. Suprisingly the vest was a bit small and the jacket had a button that was put on backwards. Honestly I expected a lot more out of this costume considering the price but it just did not meet my expectations. This whole costume should have been tailored but the alterations this would have needed would have been close to 100-150 dollars. The makeup was not bad but I did not have to use all of it. It is what it is but I just expected more out of it. ... show more

Firstly, I work out which makes shopping for this stuff quite difficult. 44" chest. 32" waist. Ordered the large: swimming in the pants and tight on the shoulders of the jacket. Shirt fits awesome and vest will work without any alteration. Gloves are tight. Lots of extra strings hanging from the garment that I will trim without much effort. Vest button holes were very small (too small for buttons) so they will be taken in to a tailor to fix along with inseam and length of the legs. If you are about a 42-43" around the chest, a large would be great. As to the look of the costume, its a really good replica and the materials are (for the most part) well made. I am, over all, very satisfied with the look of the costume. Do not buy this last minute though... expect quite a few alterations to make it fit your body type. Haven't tried the make up and wig yet but i really like that it isn't a mask. nobody wants to go to a costume party and take off part of their costume to have a sip of beer. ... show more
