Thus costume was throughly abused by my 3 year old. Worn everyday the 3 weeks before Halloween and then on Halloween it was raining and my son was dragging the feet part through the puddles. I for sure thought there would be holes, but nope. Not even a stain after washing. The one bummer is the zipper was not secured on very well, so I did have to reinforce it prior to Halloween. My son loved it since he’s a huge Sonic fan, but it was a bit too big for him despite being on the lower end of the sizing chart. The shoe cover stays put with an elastic band, which I highly encourage you to put under the foot but inside the show or it will wear through from walking around on asphalt or cement. ... show more

I got this for my stepson, he’s usually a size 5t-6 I order a size up 7/8 so that he could wear warm clothes underneath. It worked out great, he was able to wear sweats and a hoodie & it was still a little loose but perfect if he wants to wear it after Halloween for dress up or even next year.

The overalls fit nicely on my son, but the hood keep falling off. maybe try applying some stretch strings, "like a hoody has", to tighten around the face and keep it from falling back.
