It's quite light and as you can see in the picture, it doesn't close, it drapes over the shoulders. My daughter is 5'10 and the length is perfect for her. She's also quite thin, and the cape fits her as it does the model. I don't think I'd consider this a one size fits all kind of deal. It *just* fits. For the price, it's definitely worth it.

I expected the cape to cover all the way around to the front. It just covers a little past the shoulders, and must be tied at the neck to keep it from slipping off. Additionally, it was way too long for me, but easily cut to length without fraying. Was a great addition to my Halloween costume. The price was right, and the quality of material acceptable.

Ok Cape.

Its was ok cape, I didnt like the pattern on it. The fabric was dense and heavy which prevent it from flowing when moving. The small velcro neck tie didnt feel very secure and felt as if it was going to fell at any point. Decided to return it.

Really nice quality for the price! It was a bit big for me, but I was able to easily cut the bottom and have it still look fairly finished with no shredding. It is a fairly warm cape due to the weight of the fabric. The weight and crushed velvet look are really what made this look much nicer than the typical cheap nylon cape. Good purchase.

This was mailed out to me so quickly that I had it in plenty of time for Halloween! It is really full-length and very comfortable to wear. It went quite will with the rest of my costume and I look forward to wearing for years to come! Very soft, not stiff at all, yet the foam makes the collar stand up just right! I highly recommend for anyone who wants a black cape.

Being a taller person, around 5ft 9, I was wanting a cape that would not trail on the floor, yet was still very long, about ankle length. I saw this and thought it would be perfect. It was just what I needed. It is soft and the fabric is wonderful. If you are looking for a cape that is thick and warm, this probably isn't your best item, yet I wanted one that would flow and glide behind, which this does. Also, the clasp at the neck is Velcro, yet this does not bother me what so ever. I would highly recommend this product!

I bought this for my husband's Phantom of the Opera costume and it is the perfect length (actually a tiny bit longer than I expected it to be on his 5'9" frame). The only complaint is that it is definitely made only for women to wear (or men who have very slim shoulders). It barely fit around my husband's shoulders and his aren't very broad/wide. The only other thing of note is that this is not a thick cape and WILL NOT keep you warm (not a concern for us but for others it may be). Otherwise, we are so far rather pleased with the material and quality.
