  • Great cold weather boots, so comfortable, so cute!! Great cold weather boots, so comfortable, so cute!!
These boots are awesome. comfort: 10+, Style: 10, fit as they should: 10. They do not make my calf feel like its in a cast like most of the heavy duty cold weather boots do. They are soft inside and have a great sole. They also have a really good grip on the bottom that does not slip easily; its the rubber they used. I really love these boots and they are pretty cute too. I got the 7.5 and they fit a hair larger than my 7.5 sketcher shoes. However, I tried the 7 and they were a hair too small so I am still a 7.5 like all my other shoes. This is nice because if I wanted an insert or foot warmer in there or wear thick socks then there is room for that; most wear thick socks in the winter so this is so perfect.. I like that they do not fit snug on my toes, there is room so they don't get sore or squished. Ohh, and they don't make my feet sweat either. I wore them in 50 degree weather and did not get sweaty, to my surprise. These boots are actually rated to be in -25 degree weather. Ill never be in that temp so I cant rate on that but they are warm in the 20 degree where I do go in. I included pictures, the boots fit well under pants or if you lace them looser they will fit your pant leg under them; really versatile. Mine are a size 7.5 and my pictures will show how they are not bulky and still have a cute look to them. The toe and partial sides are a suede and the bottom sides are a rubber like material and the upper sides are a canvas like material. They are also waterproof! Ill buy these again if needed. ... show more

  • Happy with this quality boot
Very happy with these boots. I order them over a year ago and they have held up well,, are extremely comfortable, the size runs true, and are very warm. I wear them weekly in the winter snowshoeing. They're also pretty styling. I love Columbia products and was please with the price of these boots; I think they were cheaper than they were at the local premium Columbia store. Would definitely buy them again. ... show more

  • Crossing guard approved
I am a crossing guard for an elementary school in Utah, which means I stand in one spot for almost an hour, with small movement (not many kids crossing in the winter), no matter the weather. These boots are a lifesaver! They are quite comfy, although they don't have fantastic arch support. They are warm, but not down to as cold as suggested. I am a baby when it comes to the cold, that being said, they were quite comfy with a regular pair of socks down to about 30 degrees. Then I went to two pairs of socks, one being thick wool snowboarding socks (they are roomy enough to accommodate two pairs, but do not feel sloppy with only one pair). With two pairs of socks they were great down to about 20 degrees. But once it got into the teens, I would still come home with frozen toes. I did not knock off a star for this, as they are still the best boots to date I have found. They are wonderfully waterproof for both snow and rain. And they are really quite cute. They do come down in the back a bit, but I have had no problems with that. I am quite happy with these boots and for the price I don't think they can be beat! ... show more

  • Love these boots, cute and functional
I am so so glad I bought these. I bought size 7.5 (normally wear size 7 or 7.5) and they fit perfectly! - Fit is roomy enough for thick socks, but not so roomy that I couldn't wear normal socks. - Fairly lightweight considering that they are very sturdy and well made - VERY comfortable - Straight out of the box, I wore them all day for a few days (per my step counter, I did 10,000 to 17,000 steps) and my feet did not hurt at all, amazing. - Roomy shaft - even for my athletic calves - so that pants can be tucked in. - Pretty cute for snow boots. - They kept my feet warm and dry in snow/slush - Fairly good traction - walked on icy packed snow, and I did not lose my footing too often compared to others walking around me ... show more

  • Decent boot. Stiff at first but hang in there!
Just got these two days ago. Starting out they were rather stiff around foot and Snug Thru Toes (granted I do have pretty wide-toed feet!). Things eased up a bit after walking outside for 15 mins or so but still ended up with a wee blister on my right pinky toe. Insole is a thick but firm rubber. Not very cushy but a nice firm kind of support, for low arches anyway. I suppose a higher arch insole could work if it was thinner than the orignal one. As it is, the shoe is quite low volume in the forefoot area. Barely high enough for my flat feet with a medium wool/nylon sock. Over-all tho I did like these boots. Warm and very natural to walk in, nice low heel. Just wish lace holes went up a notch higher. Kinda tricky to keep pants tucked in. ... show more

  • Good Quality. Extremely Comfortable
I rarely need to size up on shoes or boots. I did size up on these boots due to reviews. I am happy that I did. I wear a size 7 and ordered a 7.5. I do not believe that a 7 would have fit comfortably. I believe that the toes would have been pushed to the end of the front of the boot. When I walked up steps I did feel a slight slip at my heel but much and nothing to be bothersome. These are not a fashion statement but they were not purchased to be a fashion statement. But they are an attractive pair of normal winter boot I live in Western Pennsylvania. We have had snow for the past several weeks. I have given the boots a good test out in the snow. Each time I was out in the snow for hours and my feet were warm and dry (at times I was standing in snow for a few minutes). The boot was extremely comfortable to be in for several hours. It is a boot that you could be in all day. I recommend this boot. ... show more

  • Just the boots I was looking for!
I wanted a pair of boots that would be easy to pull on and off when I walk the dogs in the winter. I have an expensive pair that are a pain to lace up and take off and with the dogs jumping and barking because they are excited for their walk, I really needed a quick on and off. I am usually a 7 or 7 1/2 and ordered the larger size. They are a little big in the toes, but I think will be perfect with a pair of thick socks. I feel if I ordered the 7 they would be too tight. I've only worn them on one walk, but they were super easy to slip on. The last pair I wore on a walk rubbed my ankle and it was so sore after. No issues with these. I on purposes walked through some slush and snow and they were fine, but they haven't had a true test yet to see if they are waterproof (other reviews complained that they weren't). They did seem nice and warm, too. I also wore them in the car and was able to drive with no problem - my other boots are so big I feel like I can't drive the car with them on. As a bonus, they look cute. I got them in all black and feel a bit like a Ninja when I wear them! ... show more

  • Miracle Snow Boot for the Foot Challenged Miracle Snow Boot for the Foot Challenged
Do you have fridged feet? The kind that stay cold even during boiling hot summers? Do you have high maintenance feet? The kind that force you to buy expensive shoes and insoles so they won’t complain all day that they hurt? Do you have sensitive feet? The kind that get blisters if you even THINK about getting a new pair of shoes? Well then, HERE IS THE BOOT FOR YOU!!! I am in shock and in awe. I’m a Sacramento, CA girl. Aka, we don’t have snow. I started a business in Mammoth Lakes, CA, where they hoard ALL the snow. I bought these boots so I could walk without eating pavement ice and so that I wouldn’t have to have any toes amputated from frostbite. Well, as you guessed, they worked VERY well. I ended up spilling paint all over my left tennis shoe, so I had to soak it. These boots were the only other pair of shoes I brought so I got stuck wearing them inside and outside during this project. I was SHOCKED!!! I couldn’t believe that I got no blisters from new shoes, I couldn’t believe my feet were not aching without arch support, and better yet, my toes stayed toasty and warm the entire weekend. I order a lot of stupid junk off amazon, but there is a good reason these have such a high rating with so many reviews. I’m going to buy another color.... because I’m in love! ... show more
