If you have a deep mattress, I'd say don't get this... It says built for up to 16" depth, but my mattress is 13" and it's extremely tight/difficult to get on, and doesn't fully cover all four sides of the mattress. It's also not as soft as I'd hoped, but I couldn't say if it's standard for 400 TC... it's rougher than the fitted sheet I had previously. I got this one because it was the closest match to the color I was looking for, but I'll prob look for another one once I've gotten over spending the money on this one lol. I deducted a star for each issue... but i dunno, i really hate when the description is not accurate.... they misrepresented the depth of it. ... show more

The fabric is nice and sturdy, and well made. Only problem is that the top of the flat sheet that has the little detailing was sewn incorrectly as it is to the back (wrong side) of the sheet.

This sheet is not sateen or deep-pockets, it barely fit my regular sized mattress, there is no way it would fit on a very thick mattress. They have already started to pill up, and are not as soft as I had expected. They are ok, but I would not buy again.
