I guess it's true that you get what you pay for. I'm hopeful that they will soften after a few more washes. In the meantime I can't use the pillow case at all. It's too scratchy on my face. For the price this is the sheet you would get, crunchyish and low thread count. That being said it works, you can sleep on it, and it is cotton. Maybe it will soften up over time? I definitely wouldn't want this as a pillow case but I don't mind it on the bed as I wear PJs..but if you sleep naked it might not be the one for you ... show more
